only actual attack form is a burst of electricity or a thrown BB pellet charged with enough energy to knock out a man.

both his pants, shoes, and jacket have a layer of a nonconductive polymer, keeps hands in pocket.

has an iron chain in a pouch on his belt for those just incase moments

History

is hunted becouse of his ability to gather and generate massive quantities of electrical energy

he has been running since he was only eleven when his powers first manifested. he had completely destroyed his house at that time
killing both his parents then was marked as a rogue ESP. the first to capture him tried to do some tests which ended in torture

he escaped from them six months later after an experiment overcharged him, he released a small 1k nuke like explosion

the explosion sent him flying miles high, survived becouse of the over charge, it had created enough energy for his body to automatically
create a counter magnetic feild. in short terms he floated then slowly drifted down(all while unconscious)
