Aerial Dome

Serri silently thought about Rico comparing Samael to a bird and nodded. She could see that. She led Pola and the others back to the Dome as quickly as possible and hesitated when they passed the old bell tower, it seemed cleaner somehow like someone had suddenly began taking care of it, but she shrugged to herself and continued walking.
"I'm sure our men are happy to be back to their normal selves again, right?" Serri laughed a bit. She glanced back to Bedivere and Rico, suddenly thinking about how they showed up with Kaya and Nova.
"So, you two. Whats your relationship with our daughters? How did you meet?" She questioned. Bedivere grinned at the question and wrapped his arm around Pola.
"I have fallen for your beautiful, cold hearted angel. Nova was an appropriate name for her, she burns my heart in the best way possible." He said over-dramatically.
"You have a heart?" Serri crossed her arms before turning to Rico.
"Dont tell me you have a thing for Kaya?" She asked.

Kaya nodded her head at Nova's comment and laughed a bit.
"Now that they're okay, we should go check out how Ben and Rico are doing." She said. She glanced out the window to the science buildings and sighed quietly.
"I hope we're not too late by the time we find this cure."


Aero buttoned up his shirt and cleared his throat as he exited the bathroom, walking over to pick up his sword. He smiled as it was back in his grip and sheathed it in his belt.
"Now I can continue doing what I was before..." He sat down at his desk and looked over some people's statements about where they last saw the missing people.
"I still find it weird that two people have just gone missing like that. Leaving not even a trace behind..." He sighed heavily.

Polaris smiled as she nodded. "Yes. Though I do hope.... No one decided to use their... Diaper. That would... Be a terrible thing to come back to." She said with a small giggle. She then paused as she was hugged. "Oh my. I had.... No idea someone would have.... A crush on my daughter. She's quite like her father so... I was almost surprised she had friends at least. But.. I'm Happy."

"Course we have hearts. Though mine is someone else's thats for sure." He then paused looking to Serri. He shrugged and gave a small smirk. He assumed telling her what he told her father wasn't the best way to go. "Your daughter smells nice... Wait I mean...." He rubbed his chin. "Erm.... Fuck it emotions are hard."

Nova smiled and nodded. "Yeah I suppose. Let's go." She said while locking arms with her. "Hopefully our moms are alright. Though, I don't doubt them. Their pretty strong."

Zero adjusted his coat and sighed. "Finally real clothes." He said before folding his arms. "I'm telling ya something in the dome is doing away with these civilians."

Serri stared at Rico as he said her daughter smelled nice.
"I hope you don't plan on eating her." She growled lightly. She decided that maybe the two weren't so bad, despite being demons. She walked ahead of the group a bit and smiled as she saw Nova and Kaya approaching.
"Hey, girls!" She smiled happily.
"How are your fathers? Back to normal? Any accidents?" She questioned. Kaya shook her head.
"They're fine. All back to normal." She nodded. Serri sighed in relief.
"Good, now let's see if they can help us." She pulled open the door to the main hall and glanced up to Aeros office.

Aero glanced up at Zero.
"I agree with you. People don't just disappear..." He mumbled, checking his notes over again.
"Do you think it could be those two demons with our daughters...?" He drummed his fingers against his desk.
"They do have that teleportation thing that they do..."

Rico shrugs. "I mean if that's what she's into then yeah I'll eat her." He said with a small snicker before pausing. He looked to Ben and glared seeing the girls in the distance. "Oh hey there they are." He said while waving slightly."

Polaris smiled. "Thank you for taking..... Care of your fathers. I'm.... Sure it was a.... Pain staking situation for you two." She said with a giggle. "I'm just... Glad they didn't kill each other."

Nova smiled. "Yes mother. We made sure they didn't. But now's not the time. We need to find a way to help Alexander before it's too late."

Zero rubbed his chin. "No... Those two are working far too hard to be the enemy. I don't suspect them.... Well, at least I don't suspect them as much as I did previously." He glared. "Someone is behind this and I'm almost certain it's someone on the inside."

Aero nodded his head slowly as he began thinking about the recent events that had happened.
"The disappearances started happening after we got back..." He murmured to himself mostly. He thought about Pola breifly, but he hadnt let her out of his sight. His mind turned to the only other person that came to mind.
"Has Serri been acting weird lately?" He glanced up at Zero but his focus was disrupted as Serri came through the door with Pola and everyone else.

Serri wrapped her arms around Zero and hugged his chest.
"I'm so glad you're back to normal." She rubbed her face against him.
"Aero, Zero. We need your help now. We need to find Samael." Bedivere spoke up. Aero stared coldly at him.
"Aren't you his lacky? Why can't you find him yourself?" Aero growled.
"He erased his tracks. He doesn't want to be found, so we can't sense him." Bedivere rubbed the back of his neck.

Zero paused as he listened to Aero. He rubbed his chin slightly. "Well...." He then paused feeling Serri hugging him. He smiled and wrapped his arm around her. "Yeah. I was getting tired of smelling like that." He then raised an eyebrow. "Their ok Aero. Don't worry."

Polaris smiled and nodded. "Yes. They assisted..... Us in getting rid... Of the people who did this to you." She then nodded. "Though we.... Must hurry. They.... Require our assistance quite badly."

Rico shrugged. "Yeah I mean unless you wanna keep that guy an incubus forever then sure, be scoping us all the time.."

Aero raised an eyebrow at Ricos comment.
"An incubus? Here? In the dome?" He asked coldly.
"Is our security lacking that much that all these monsters are just waltzing freely in here?" He growled.
"Alexander was bit by one on a mission." Kaya chimed in before her uncle got too mad.
"You never reported any battles with an incubus." Aero leaned back in his chair and sparked up a cigarette as his eyes trailed to Nova.
"We'll, see the thing is that we didn't fight one. Alexander must have encountered one on his own somehow." Kaya shrugged.
"The point is, one of your own needs an antidote. Samael is the only one who can help us. We don't have time for your questions so how do we find him?" Bedivere stepped forward. Aero took a long drag from his cigarette before smiling.
"We just have to give him something he wants."

Zero sighed. "Dammit.... I always knew that those sciency types wouldn't be able to properly defend themselves...." He sighed and folded his arms.

Nova shrugged. "He's a fine fighter really. He probably just got over powered. But the most important thing is that he's alive.. For now. Not sure if this bite is deadly or not."

Rico rubbed his chin. "I suppose the fastest way to finding Sammy boy is to pout out something he'd be interested in. Lore him out like a rat with cheese ya know. Soooo...." He said with a smile while looking to Zero.

Zero paused then glared. "I am NOT putting my wife in danger you punk."

Serri shrunk against Zero. Somehow she felt like Samael wouldnt hurt her anymore but being used as bait still wasnt preferred. Aero stared at Zero.
"Have you ever encountered someone whose been bit by an incubus?" He asked.
"If we don't do something Alex will run wild, he will kill..." Aero paused as he glanced down at the paper on his desk.
"Whoever tries to stop him." He mumbled, thinking of the two missing people.
"He might be the one whose been murdering people..." Aero said suddenly. Kaya gasped.
"Murder...? Thats impossible... Thadeus has been with him this whole time..." Kaya shook her head.
"The only way to find out is to cure him. Serri, you don't mind being bait, do you?" Aero asked with a threatening undertone. Serri glanced away.
"He won't be able to hurt you. We'll all be hiding nearby." He shrugged.

Zero grumbled a bit before folding his arms. "Well....It... May be the only way... But I want all of you to keep an eye on her! And if she's taken again I swear I will break all of yours bones." He took a deep breath and turned to Serri taking her hands. "I don't want this to happen... But if we want to save our daughters friend it's the only way. I promise I wont let him take you..."

Nova looked to Ben. "Is Thadeus ok? Do you think that Alex over powered him or something?"

Polaris pouted. "Perhaps.... A few of us should take part... In the capturing of Samael and a few... Should help keep watch of Thadeus and Alexander?"

Rico smiled. "Heey nice idea. I'm sure it won't take much of us to get Sammy boy anyway. After all, didn't take that many to beat him." He smirked and wrapped his arm around Kaya. "How about it? We stay back huh?"

Bedivere shrugged at Rico's question.
"I'm pretty sure he'd be okay by himself, I mean unless he wants to be overpowered." Bedivere chuckled softly.
"I guess it wouldn't hurt to check on him though. I'll go with these guys and get the answers from Samael." He nodded.
"Just knock before you enter." Bedivere wiggled his eyebrows.

Kaya blushed slightly as Rico's arm wrapped around her.
"I don't mind, I doubt I would be much help in a fight against whoever this Samael person is anyways." She shrugged lightly.

"Then is settled." Aero stood up, "Kaya and... you can go to Thadeus and the rest of us will go catch Samael. Nova, you may go with either of us, whatever you feel more comfortable with." He stood up and began pushing Serri out the door, thinking to himself where would be a good area to set up the bait.

Nova rolled her eyes as she listened to Ben. "Father, we will stay and keep an eye out for Thadeus and Alexander and also keep watch of the dome for any intruders."

Rico smirked and kissed Kaya's hand lightly. "No problem. I'd protect you regardless ya know? Pretty things like you don't have to fight when I'm around."

Zero growled and angrily slapped at the back of Rico's head. "If you do anything to my daughter while I'm away, your dead."

Rico flinched as he felt his head slapped. Oddly, his mask feel off in the process leaving him in his usual state. He crouched down and began to circle around Kaya's legs before hiding behind her and hissing at her father like a wild animal.

"The hell?... Whatever. You guys just keep things under control."

Polaris smiled as she wrapped her arm around Aero and looked to the others. "We must.... Hurry."

Kaya stared nervously at the demon crouched around her feet. She glanced to his mask and noticed an almost translucent spray of chemicals spilling into the open air. She quickly snatched up the mask and managed to place it firmly around Rico's face, securing it tightly.
"Lets get going back to Alexanders." She tugged lightly on him until he stood up and wrapped her hand around his, eagerly pulling him away from her father and uncle. She held her other hand out to Nova and forced her along as well. She sighed as they began going down the elevator.
"Overall, I think they like you..." Kaya said, tilting her head a bit.

Bedivere's mouth practically fell open as he watched Rico allow Kaya to place the mask back on him. He had never let anyone touch his mask and Bedivere pondered his behavior, finally noticing that he was rather clingy to Kaya in particular. He shook himself from his thoughts and turned a stern face towards Serri.
"Where do you think the best place for this would be?" He asked.

Serri glanced around nervously at the fact he had asked her first, silently worried that he knew more than he was letting on.
"Uh... I... dunno..." She rubbed her arm nervously.

Aero rolled his eyes.
"What about the library?" He shrugged, suggesting the first place that came to mind.
"Well its a somewhat ideal place for an ambush. There are plenty of things to hide behind."

Rico groaned slightly as he felt his mask placed back on. He began to come to his sense and rub his head slightly. "That hurt...." He said before being pulled along out of no where.

Nova nodded. "Yes the library should be fine. Not too open but good enough for him to notice. To ensure he doesn't have any suspicion, you will most likely have to offer something that will be with his time I guess."

Polaris pouted. "Oh..... That sounds frightening.... But don't worry, we... Will keep watch at all times Serri."

Zero nodded. "Yeah I'm not letting that freak run off with you again..."

Serri gave them a half smile at their attempt to make her feel better, but the more she thought about it, the more she was sure Samael wouldnt actually hurt her.

Aero nodded his head towards the door, leading everyone down the elevator and towards the library, clearing out the few people that were in there simultaneously. He pulled Serri towards the most open area of the room and stood her in the middle before motioning for everyone to hide.

Serri tapped her fingers against eachother as she glanced around.
"S-samael... are you there...?" She called quietly. She waited as the minutes passed in silence before spinning towards Aero.
"It's not going to work." She sighed. Aero shook his head.
"Try again." He ordered. Serri let out a reluctant sigh before turning back to the emptiness of the library.

"Come get me Samael... I'm here alone, hopefully nothing bad happens to me..." Serri said dramatically. She gasped as an arm wrapped around her shoulders and pulled her backwards.

"Youre absolutely terrible at being bait." He rolled his eyes.
"It's not like I don't know you guys are here. Why did you call for me?" He called, still not letting go of Serri.

Rico whistled slightly as he began to approach the door. "Hopefully Alex just ate Thadeus. I call dibs on his clothes. They will make nice cage lining." He said with a small snicker.

"This race of demon attacks others demons?" Nova asked a bit curiously.

"Yeah. I mean, if your not one of their kind, they will wipe you out completely. Chimera's are different though. Only loyal to their mothers. Even if they are controlled by someone else, they can't hurt their own creator." Rico said with a shrug.

Seeing the man appear and wrap his arm around Serri only urked Zero. He gripped the wooden shelf next to him nearly breaking it in half. "That bastard...." He mumbled under his breath.

Polari pouted. "O-Oh.... no...."

Aero stepped out first, brandishing his sword at Samael.
"We need to talk to you." Aero stated. Samael sighed with no emotion behind it and rested his cheek against the top of Serri's head.
"I bet it was your cunning idea to try and summon me like this, wasn't it?" Samael asked.
"It worked, didn't it?" He glared. Samael made a small noise as if acknowledging the fact that Aero was right but made no other indication towards the fact.
"So what do you want then?" Samael asked. Bedivere strode out from behind a bookcase and Samael's eyes twinkled.
"I was wondering where you two have been, have you two been playing with humans again?" He asked, his eyes returning to their neutral state. Bedivere pursed his lips together and shook his head.
"I don't have time to play around Samael. We need to know where Q is." He said seriously.
"Q?" He asked simply, his eyes turning to the area where Polaris was hiding. Aero stepped protectively in front of his view and Samael glanced back to Bedivere.
"If I tell you, what do I get out of it?" He asked.

Kaya frowned at Ricos jokes about Alex eating Thadeus and she began walking faster as they approached the door, only hesitating to listen to him speak of chimeras. Kaya lifted a hand to knock but the door creaked open as her knuckles touched the wood. She glanced to Nova hesitantly before pushing the door open further. Nothing was out of place, or broken, and Kaya took that as a good sign.
"Hello? Thadeus...? Alexander...?" Kaya called into the darkness of the house.

Zero's glare intensified as he saw Samael leaning on his wife. He growled angrily breaking the shelf he held onto. He had to calm down though. He wasn't going to act on impulse.

Polaris paused and slowly hid behind Aero a bit nervously. Why was he looking to her. She shook the thought out of her head and tried no to appear afraid.

"What you get out of it? Not being dead that's what you get." Aero grumbled as he clenched his fist. "And get off my wife."

Alexander blushed slightly as he began to wiggle in his restraints. It wasn't too long that he woke up from an odd dream but he was completely tied to a chair now. What happened. He groaned. "Thadeus let me go I have to go to the bathroom!" He said a bit confused. His body felt warm but in pain as if someone had punched him all over.

Samael waved his winger at Zero's threat.
"Lets be civil now, remember that you're asking me to do a favor for you. Its only reasonable that I get something in return." He shrugged.
"So what do I want in exchange for giving you Q's location?" He held a hand to his chin for a moment before snapping his fingers together.
"I know." His lifeless eyes lit up a bit, "I want Q's jacket."
"You want his jacket...?" Aero stared at him incredulity.
"Its made of the finest material from Pola's home planet. Its very rare, and very valuable. I've had my eye on it for quite some time, but of course, I cant go around stealing from my colleague now can I?" Samael shrugged with a half sigh. Aero squinted his eyes but lowered his sword, getting the sense that Samael wouldn't try to attack them.
"The jacket? That's all then?" Bedivere finally spoke out.
"Well I would say that I want these two lovely ladies, but I haven't even built a new base for you two savages to destroy yet." Samael shook his head as he let go of Serri and pushed her towards Zero.
"Just bring me the jacket. Deal?" He looked to Aero and then to Zero.

Kaya's ears perked up as she heard Alexanders voice from the back and she made her way to his room.
"Alexander?" She called, looking over the room. It was a mess, but Alexander was tied up. She glanced over to find Thadeus sleeping on the floor behind Alexander and walked over to kick him slightly.
"Wha-?" Thadeus jumped to his feet, instantly on guard but came to his senses when he saw Kaya, Rico, and Nova.
"Oh, hey guys." Thadeus rubbed the sleep from his eyes before walking around to look at Alexander.
"How you doing?" He asked.
"He said he has to go to the bathroom..." Kaya said. Thadeus nodded and untied his restraints.
"I didnt want to untie him while I was alone, but we'll be fine if theres four of us." He nodded. "Did you guys find the cure?"

Zero glared. Was this guy serious. "You know, I don't trust even giving him something from another planet. I feel like he's going to do something terrible with this jacket thing. And why are you selling Q out anyway? Let me guess, you two whiney babies not getting along anymore?"

Polaris pouted as Serri was pushed forward. "He must be.... Referring to Tilatianum. Created.... The the pure... Essence of the abyss..... Within the planets core.... It takes centuries to even obtain.... A small amount... Q must have paid... A lot to craft an... Entire jacket from it."

Zero caught Serri and wrapped his arm around her. "Whatever. We'll get your stupid just. Just as long as you keep up your end. And I swear if this is a trick, I'm breaking your face."

Nova glared at Thadeus as he was sleep and woke up. "You are suppose to be on watch duty. Seriously."

Rico smirked. "Nope. No cure yet. But these ladies parents are conversing with good ol Sammy. Once they find Q, everything will work out perfectly. Hopefully. Or they could be killed. One or the other."

Alexander sighed in relief before quickly leaving the group and returning. "So is anyone going to explain what is going on... I'm still very confused."

Samael held out his hands at Zero's hostility.

"Dully noted." He said, not bothering to share the reason as to why he was selling out Q. He nodded his head as Polaris spoke and Aero glared with that permanent scowl.

"So where is he then?" Aero growled.

"Do you remember that cave you four found a long time ago? The one with all the crystals inside of it? He's in there somewhere." Serri's gaze trailed to Samael. She remembered it very well, but was curious as to how Samael knew about it. Was he watching them even then?

"And how do we know you're not lying?" Aero asked skeptically. Samael shrugged.

"You don't."

Thadeus cleared his throat and smiled sheepishly at Nova.

"The guys tied up, forgive me if sitting here got a little boring. Besides, you guys took your sweet time coming back." He yawned. Kaya shot a worried look to Rico as he mentioned the fact that they could be killed and pursed her lips together unhappily.

"Dont say that, Rico. They'll be fine..." She assured herself. Thadeus finally turned to Alexander and put a gentle hand on his head.

"That bite you never told us about made you go crazy. You attacked all of us so we had to tie you up. Do you remember anything at all?" Thadeus looked into his eyes.

"Psh. What a skeez. Hiding in a cave like some sort of insect." Zero said with a low growl. "Let's hurry up already. That kid's in danger or something. Plus, I don't trust this guy one bit so I think it's best if we take him under custody until were back." He said with a small smirk.

Polaris rubbed her chin a bit. "It probably.... Would be a goo idea... To at least have some soldiers... Watch over him. Just... Don't treat him like... An enemy..."

Zero raised an eyebrow. "Don't tell me your going soft Pola."

Alexander blushed slightly. "All I remember is my cats and... That's it." He said as the creatures began to rub against his legs. He sighed. "I should have told you guys but.... I didn't want to be a burden. I'm not super strong or super talented like you all. I didn't want to worry anyone."

"Aww don't be sad meat bag. There are demons who suck worse than you trust me. I ate them." Rico said while giving a small thumbs up.

Nova angrily ran her fist into the back of Rico and Alexanders head. "Idiot. Were a team. Who cares if you don't do what we do. Your you and that's final."

"For once I'll have to side with Zero." Aero crosses his arms and Samael's face almost shows some sort of surprised expression at Aero's comment, but it never actually changes.

"He is our enemy, and I will never see anything past that." Aero glares at Samael, who shrugs as if unimpressed. Serri eyes Samael before turning her gaze on Aero.

"Also comes the issue of how he can teleport at will..." Serri mumbles. Aero peels a little piece of paper from inside his jacket and takes a few wide steps towards Samael with a smile at the corner of his lips. He slaps the paper onto Samael's arm but he doesn't bother to look down.

"He cant leave if I bind him to this building." Aero crosses his arms triumphantly.

"Interesting." Samael says.

"You will not leave this room until we get back." Aero orders. Samael seems to give in easily to Aero's demand as he plops down in the nearest chair.

Thadeus shakes his head at Alexander.

"You don't need to be super strong, or super talented. That's why we work as a team and not individually. We are the brawn while you are the brains, ya know?" He smiles. Kaya glances to Nova at Thadeus' gentle words.

"Do you feel strange at all?" Kaya asks quietly, weary of Alexander turning.

Zero smirked. "Hah. Perfect. Alright now that that's settled, we can finally get going. I'm iching to show this alien freak a fist or two." He said with a smirk.

Polaris smiled slightly as she saw the binding take place. "Please do.... Feel free to help... Yourself to what's around you... If you need food or water... A guard will assist."

Zero groaned. "Polaris he's an enemy."

Polaris pouted and blushed. "I know... But even... Enemies get hungry...." She then took Aero's hand followed them.

Alexander blushed and smiled. "Gee thanks guys... Now I feel silly for not saying anything. And I don't really weird right now. I'm ok for the moment."

Rico rubbed his head slightly. "What are we suppose to do in the mean time while your parents are looking for the big guy?"

Nova shrugged and sat down. "Well, aside from keeping an eye on Alex, nothing I guess."

Rico groaned and flopped to the floor. "Boring. Isn't there anything fun around here?"
