::Nickname(s)::
He actually likes being calling Luke-Russel, as well as Russel
::Age::
16
::Sex::
Male
::Orientation::
Heterosexual-ish
::Race/What Are You?::
Electrokinetic
::Powers::
Electricity, something about ions or electrons or something that Luke doesn't fully understand, has been an integral part of his life for a very long time. The flow of energy has become a daily routine for him, and he's been learning to control it. Now that his power is under control, however, he's found he doesn't actually have much power. While he can zap a fly out of the air without touching it, he can rarely inflict more than a harsh static shock to other people, and he's relatively certain he's doing something wrong, since as a child he once caused quite the electrical storm in the attic.
::Personality::
A bit of a wild child, Luke has always preferred fun and competition. He's never claimed to be the brightest bulb, but he's also never understood that expression... Luke has a rather loose view of the rules, and, since "the cobblers kids go barefoot" tends to break every rule he can find... his dad is the counselor, and his mom the principle. What's incredible is his ability to cover it all up. He's also a bit of a masochist when it comes to people, since he loves talking to people, but always gets caught up in whatever he's saying and goes mush-mouthed.
::Likes::
Sports, Staring Contests, Food, Girls, Corny Jokes, Video Games
::Dislikes::
Being upstaged, awkward power-misfires, cabbage, the color orange, and people who are high and mighty about their music
::Appearance::
Luke has the blond hair of his father and mother, but much softer features than his more hyper-masculine father. He actually looks quite effeminate, but he's balanced it out with exercise. He's got some impressively white teeth and is very well muscled from years of competing with Mason, his dad, and his uncle at every sport imaginable. Luke is a really phenomenal swimmer. He occasionally sparks, but most of the time he keeps it in check by snapping or bouncing a little metal and rubber ball that he keeps around just for the purpose of discharging excess energy.
::History::
Born just a little after his twin cousins, Luke grew up deeply bound to Babylon. He adores his cousin Victoria, and is in a constant rivalry with his cousin Mason. He knows every inch of the gardens and surrounding area, having slipped off more than once to swim, since he finds pools a little too unnatural. He was never as struck by the story of his crazed Aunt as much as Mason ever was, and tends to be pretty happy, despite being a less than exemplary student. While he has plenty of motivation, he just doesn't make the connections for a lot of things.
::Room::
The Blue Room
::Other::
Luke, like his cousins Mason and Victoria, was thought not to have powers until later in life, when power surges and excessive static shock turned out to be caused by him.
He's very competitive with his cousin Mason, who, no matter what, has always been better than Luke at everything. Luke once attempted to master contact juggling, but even with his self-made pyrotechnics, he could never perform in a way that out-mesmerized Mason's performances. Luke is, however, the happier of the two. He's also much more physically impressive, since Mason prefers strength while Luke prefers vanity. He still doesn't know how Mason always looks so perfect, however.
He's quite talented at the harmonica, and phenomenal on the electric mandolin, as well as the steel drum. He hates when people call them "not real instruments" and hates music snobs...
