āI look absolutely fabulous.ā
If possible to look strong and sharp while still maintaining an illusion of fragility, Levi definitely fits the description. With cheeks and a chin made out of sharp angles, it almost seems he doesnāt have enough flesh on his bones. At the same time, he exerts an aura of capability, furthered along by the self-assured expression heās usually sporting. The mans features stick out in a rather prominent way, throwing those expressions over the top. His nose is straight, and crinkles up when he smiles or laughs; lips are plump, pale pink often turning up at the corners; and his eyes, oh, his eyes, are a sparkling sapphire green that are capable of fixating stare of affection or of absolute distaste. When not slicked back, his natural bleach blond hair will often fall into his eyes, shadowing his face in mystery. When he styles his bangs to the side, it opens up his facial features to an approachable businessman like persona; when gelled back or up, Levi has a moreā¦. arrogant, inaccessible look.
Levi stands at six feet of perfectly toned pale skin. He doesnāt have any prominent muscles, but his limbs are corded with muscle tone and itās obvious he cares for his body. Of course, his skin is only blemished by a few stray freckles and one long, hardly visible scar that runs down the back of his thigh.
{Wings}
āIāll forever walk with my eyes turned upward, craving the blue beyond.ā
Levi always had pretty wings, much to his friends distaste. They were another thing he always boasted about. The wingspan of his wings was about eleven feet, give or take, and the man was fully capable and often used them as a blanket or coat. One of his favorite signs of affection was wrapping others in his wings. It wouldnāt have been an unpleasant experience. Though the feathers were large and heavy and provided warmth, they also felt like the finest silk. It was a joy to feel them on your skin.
Their color was a light baby blue, so light it was almost white.

{Personality}
Levi isā¦. Well, heās fabulous. Beautiful on the inside and the outside. Flawless, magnificent.
Or thatās what he would tell you. The angel is a bit of a narcissist, and loves receiving compliments- whether theyāre from others or himself. He has a slight superiority complex, not that heād blatantly say anything or even admit it too himself, but its obvious in the way he carries himself. Levi believes heās too good for a lot of things, and will often shrug off responsibility with a cheerful giggle and smirk. Thatās not to say he wont get things done, but he may throw a fit and procrastinate until the last minute.
That only applies to his paper work of course. The mans always held delight in knowing everyone elseās business, and makes a perfect snoop. He always knows the latest drama and gossip and often uses it to his advantage, to blackmail or influence people. Some may consider Levi to be a bit of a snake because of this, especially since he has an excellent poker face that doesnāt reveal his intentions unless he want to.
The bleach blond judges a person with a first glance; he wont deny his first base for impressions depends on looks. Personality comes second, but even if someone has a rotten personality, Levi will leach onto them for a time if he thinks they look fabulous enough. Somehow, his compliments to others always end up flattering himself as well.
That being said, he doesnāt have the most stable love life. An avid drinker and charmer, heās not exactly a playboy so much as Lord of the One Night Stands. He doesnāt like any strings or commitment, since heās a free spirit and prefers to do things his own way. The constant company at night has let him believe for a longtime that he had some semblance of love in his life. Though close with his mother, he wasn't sure if what he felt was love or a natural feeling for his parent figure. He continues searching for someone to make it clear what love is.
Itās not that he doesnāt have a big heart; He'll help out others if he feels like it. He simply doesnāt care about trivial arguments or disagreements. Heāll often go with the flow of things and somehow stay out of trouble, somehow bringing a person in need into the clear with him. His mouth tends to speak before he thinks things through, and its quite frankly the challengers confusion that allows a quick getaway.
He often requires some kind of reassurance that heās still welcome somewhere, or at least being acknowledged. Even if heās being looked at in a negative light, at least heās being noticed. Though Levi is often hurt inside when he realizes someone dislikes him, and will discreetly try to change their mind.
Levi doesnāt like fights, if only because theyāre unsanitary. He hates dirt, and mud and getting dirty and has a bit of OCD. His outfits have to be clean; his hair has to be perfect- he tends to throw rather humorous tantrums if he finds himself or his surrounds subpar to his standards.
x Never seeing his mother again
x Never belonging anywhere again
x Large bodies of water. (Canāt swim. At all.)
o To clear his name to both the Earth Crawlers and Saloriel Government; To not have to run
o Be famous for how fabulous he is <3

{Biography}
Levi was borne the way of most angels; what humans would call āTest Tube Babiesā. His parents picked how he was to look when he was older and gleefully chose the appearance of his wings. The Herondal family wasnāt exactly āhigh-classā but they were brushing on the edge on being so. They had money, and lived well off on the brighter, better side of the city. They never wanted for anything, and Levi became well accustomed to having whatever he wanted. He was raised on the belief that Angel ās were superior to the other races, and one must act accordingly. But Levi, despite all his elegant and etiquette at his parents social events was struck by this belief.
Why just the other races? Why couldnāt he be superior to everyone, including the other angels?
So, when the boy was nine, heād already begun to develop quite the attitude. There were very few other children he took a liking too, and those he did were usually forced onto him by his parents. They almost raised him like a social experiment; already being government workers, connections in high places could always help out, so they tried to turn their son into those connections. Levi was scolded over and over to be nice to certain children, and when he questioned under what basis they earned his respect, his mother had responded, āJust look, his wings and face are pretty no? Heās quite fabulous, be nice.ā
Inadvertently spurring Leviās tendency to judge based on appearance and level of āfabulous-nessā.
Nonetheless, the boy became his first friend and his parents got to spend more time with his father, allowing a quick promotion. They had more money, something his father loved. With his rugged father obsessed with work and pay, Leviās mother Andromeda got all the say as Levi continued to grow.
He didnāt participate in street games like the other children, didnāt join when his few friends jumped off a bridge to practice flying (Which was supposed to be limited to school classes for young children.)
Rather, Levi spent his days studying and learning how to be a social success with his mother, things he detested. His mother had chosen his genes to make him a beautiful child to display, not a fighter or reckless type.
He often snuck away and kept tabs on the other kids, not daring to join in case his parents found out. Sneaking about became like a game; somewhere throughout that game, he became adept at eavesdropping and inconspicuous behavior.
By the time he was seventeen, Levi, the prissy boy with the attitude and ego of the āQueen Beeā, was a huge gossip in his private school. If anyone needed to know anything, theyād come to him, and the blond could give them the information- at a price. Not many liked him in his school days. Most say him as a conceited, rich brat, though in Leviās opinion they were all jealous. Werenāt they all rich and conceited as well? It wasnāt his fault he played the part better then them.
He was glad to graduate and head off to college- though that didnāt last long. Despite his fits about doing work, Levi was pretty smart. He was resourceful and clever and his family was well known. They had connections.
The young man had barely turned twenty-two when he was offered early graduation and an office spot in the government. It was a position where his parents had started out. Reading between the lines, he was expected to grow up to be like his parents. In annoyance, he took to roaming the streets at night, finding enjoyment in bars and clubs, even more enjoyment in the people he picked up from said places.
While out in places like this, it was amazing what information one could pick up. Levi heard whispers of āEarth Crawlersā, some kind of resistance. Usually, Levi could care less about something like this. It didnāt effect his life so why should he care?
But his information began to stack up; he was able to connect dots with all the things he heard, and Levi came up with a simply fabulous plan to get out of the path of his parents.
What better way then to snitch on the silly angels who affiliated themselves with the ground worldās affairs?
It was rather easy to get an audience with the Saloriel Intelligence Agency leader, Zeph.
Apparently the I.A neighbored his own sector, (though heād never kept much attention on his stupid work) and the man knew his father. He was willing to see what the Herondalās son had to bother him with, amuse himself for a few moments before feigning a busy schedule.
Of course he was rather shocked when Levi strutted in, flipping a silk scarf and settling right down in a chair and began talking.
Levi had been right of course; his information meant something. He was berated on where heād found these things out and had shrugged casually. Truth serums were used- not that Levi ever lies about anything. He disclosed what he wanted to the government workers.
The man in charge, Zeph, eagerly promoted the young man, throwing him into training with the Intelligence Gatherers while keeping him in a higher-ranking office space.
āYouāre to act as an office employee here. No one loosens their tongue to āspysā.ā
Levi happily accepted his new job. It was little to know work, other then filing reports and he got to prance about doing whatever he liked. It was easy to gather information of course, but the more and more Levi heard about the resistance, the more curious he was. So, a long time after heād joined the Intelligence Agency, when no one paid much attention to him anymore, just his reports, Levi popped down to one of bars these members often hung at.
He gave the resistance members a little piece of information they seemed to want- they didnāt trust him, but Levi waited until things played out in his favor and they knew he spoke the truth.
When asked what he wanted, Levi expressed how bored he was with the higher ups. They never had anything fun for him to do and he didnāt even know what they did with the information he delivered.
The few Resistance members at this little gathering, already worried that the Angel had been able to find them so easily, agreed to keep him as a contact. They were obviously concerned at having a double agent amongst them. But, time went on, and Levi never endangered one group or the other, just delivered enough information to either one to keep them coming; gave just enough to receive more.
Heād built up trusts and was known to be loyal on either side.
However, things are heating up; with this new war looming, its obvious the Earth Crawlers are going to get involved and itās not like the government offices can stay out of it.
Levi was walking a fine line, and one day the line broke.
He messed up one day at a meeting with an Earth Crawler. He was still a playboy, and in glee at how physically fabulous his contact was, Levi made a mistake. Heād done one of the biggest no-noās in his line of work. Mentioning the cause while still at the rendezvous point.
Word spread from the bartender, to an uncle, to a government employee, and finally to the Intelligence Agency leader Zeph.
He called Levi to a meeting, and the Angel, not knowing the information had spread, denied everything.
Zeph was beyond angered. He skipped any reasonable action and went straight to the extremes, calling in Leviās mother Andromeda. He threatened the woman, bond her and had a man put a blade to her neck.
Levi was called back.
In a panic, the man revealed everything about his latest meeting, confessed to dabbling in the Earth Crawlers. He lied, even with the danger to his mother, and said heād only been trying to get better information by getting in deeper to the resistance. He was told to give a name if he had one, and a description of any angels he knew to be a part of this.
Levi gave three, excluding several, but enough to satisfy the man.
Romano Grey. Katelyn Overston. And Yulrick Jingles, real name Jensen Shackles.
Though it was only three names, no one else knew of the angels involvement. The other Earth Crawlers, after eliminating a few alternate possibilities, knew Levi had snitched.
He stayed with his mother for a few days but it was only a matter of time before the Intelligence Agency was knocking on his door. They couldnāt just let him run around after all. Frightened by the I.A, and guilty in the minds of the Crawlers, Levi bolted aimlessly.
He ended up wandering in the dark streets of the Lower City, where it was easy to hide, but he had just run into a new set of problems. Resistence members moved freely around these parts, and before long the Angel was surprised by a blade at his throat and threats āwith regards from the crawlers.ā
In a flurry of panic, Levi, whoād never learned how to fight, thrust out his wings and surprised his attacker, who fell to the ground and cut a long nasty cut into Leviās thigh. The blond still managed to take to the air, and escaped before hiding in another dark part of Saloriel. He was shaken and already not enjoying this life. He figured he should have just gone with the government. He spent the night in the cleanest door way he could find, not having grabbed any money.
The next day, Levi snuck back home, intent on turning himself in. The I.A was better then the crazy crawlers. But when he got inside, his mother frantically explained he was now wanted for resisting arrest, making him look far guiltier then he was. She said Zeph didnāt want a loose canon, and that the house was being watched. She shoved a bag into his arms and helped him gather a small amount of clothes and food, not to mention a small fortune, before all but shoving him out the back window.
At a loss with no where to go, Levi is suddenly a wanted angel to what seems like all of Saloriel. All he knows for certain anymore is that this is definitely NOT fabulous.
Seriously, still working on him. Don't pay attention to the crappy ness. *hides*
