In a nondescript city in a nondescript state, there is a nondescript building. An apartment building, to be exact. Around twenty stories, brick, most of the windows on the lower floors dirty or broken. Pretty standard stuff, pretty mundane.

With the exception of the fabled floor between 13 and 12. Most people just believe it to be an urban legend, but others, mostly children or drunkards, claim to have seen it. An entire floor accessable only through the elevator, populated entirely by monsters. Demons, angels, boogeymen of all shapes and sizes. And it is real. After all, the things that go bump in the night have to live somewhere, don't they? Usually, only magical types can get to the floor, but sometimes Norms will get through and there's a whole mess of memory wipes and planted objects and it's just a pain in the ass.

So, they keep hidden, some of the more human looking ones leaving and returning at the appropriate hours. Sometimes, they fight as people are known to do. Some of them fall in love, as people are also known to do sometimes. And, above all else, they live their lives.

And this is their story. It may not be a good story, but it's a story just the same.

1.No godmodding, autohitting, ghosting, etc
2.Get some diversity all up ins. I don't wanna' see the place dominated by kitsune or vampires or whatever supernatural race that seemingly everyone wants to play.
3.No Mary Sues. I shouldn't even have to say this.
4.Romance is allowed, though keep it PG-13.
5.Have fun! That's pretty much the point of the thing, anyway.
