Description

A tanned and very muscular giant of a man in his late twenties, with short-cut, spiky black hair, and a scar over his left eye. He likes to wear loosely-fit clothes, but other than shoulder plates, rarely armor, which only slows him down. He carries with him a beautifully crafted spear that never leaves his side, and have the coat of arms of the kingdom of Vorst tattooed on the right side of his neck.

Personality

Vinsces is a joker with a burly laugh, who likes to drink, fight, and joke. But he's also kind-hearted, though ruthless when he's fighting. He's cocky, has a short temper, though he doesn't take himself too seriously, and he's very passionate about protecting his friends. He loves adventure, and never shies away from danger, and isn't one to preach to others about their beliefs. He considers himself a soldier without beliefs, and as such, he fights for any side that needs his spear, even if it means fighting for an invading force of evil. Even so, the goodness of his heart never disappates.

A razor-sharp spear, a shoulder pack containing what little he owns, and a beautifully carved dagger of unknown origin.

History

Vinsces grew up in Vorst, a country on the island continent of Ea, the son of a blacksmith. Spending his young days in the smitty working with his father, he built up muscles, and grew up a strong young man. But with a passionate heart, he grew bored, thirsting for adventure, and as such, joined the military, where he became a spear wielder, and in time, one of great renown.

At the peek of his ten year career in the military of Vorst, Vinsces once had a reputation around himself as one of the finest spear fighters in Vorst's military. After many years in the service of King Sigurd, though, Vinsces lusted for something else, namely, the adventures that he had thirsted for when first joining the military. He wanted to see the world, and not just down the line of a lance on a battlefield, either. Because of this, he left Vorst to travel the world as a wandering mercenary, participating in conflicts and war wherever there was need for his services, a good life that he enjoyed.
