Name: Ivy Turner
Age: 22
Role: Female Friend
Appearance:
Ivy is a short spunky young woman, weighing very little and standing only at five feet. Her cup size is also very petite, forcing her to stuff the bra. Despite this, she usually dresses in tight sweaters and hoodies, as well as skinny jeans and the occasional skirt. She also wears pumps to try and boost her height.
Personality: Although you wouldn’t know it from her small delicate frame, Ivy is brash, blunt, and brutally sarcastic. She tells people what she feels they need to hear, in the simplest way possible, and if they can’t take it, then that’s their problem. She’s fiercely loyal to her close female friends however, seeing them as in need of protection, and is the first one to jump to action if one of them is hurt. On the other hand, she almost has a phobia of males, having trouble socializing with them whatsoever. She hides this by trying to look as flawless as possible, revealing her inner vanity.
History: Ivy was born to an Asian mother and a Caucasian father. At a young age, she was pushed into academics and high standards, putting a lot of stress onto her. Regardless, she managed to bypass a grade, making her one year younger than the others in her grade. Her mother eventually died of lung cancer when she was thirteen, and it caused a painful rift between daughter and father. When her mother died, Ivy blamed herself for failing to help her and protect her. Thus, she developed a strange, somewhat superficial belief that she has to protect her female friends or they’ll leave her life as well.
When she graduated, Ivy was forced to stay in town, and go to a local college. She had been accepted into Stanford and Yale, but she lacked the funds to attend those schools, even with her scholarships. That was when she finally began acting out, and falling into the bad crowd at the college. She’s currently in relationship with an alcoholic college dropout, to the chagrin of her father.
Although she doesn’t have a part time job, she volunteers at the hospital as a nurse. Her tactless attitude and somewhat angry aura made the hospital wary of accepting her work at first, but she turned out to be somewhat decent.
Relationship with other four:
Taylin ThompsonDespite her obvious distate of the situation, Ivy couldn't make herself say no to Tay when she came for help. Ivy explained the situation to her convservative father, but she eventually won him over. Ivy's tryng her best, however, to make Tay regret her decision, spouting her anger at Tay's irreponsibility and foolishness. But past her show of toughness, Ivy's thrilled to be able to help a friend in need.
