Weapons, if any: Two cloth wristbands and chain armbands that, when a small ring in the cloth is looped through a finger, unloop to become chain whips with blades every centimeter. Requires constant upkeep and guards must be worn on arms to prevent combat damage. Both are three meters long and very thin but made of durable, strong metal. Every other blade on the chains is edged like a shark's tooth for better tearing ability and so it sings when it flies through the air. They jingle constantly when let go or not wrapped around arm.
Doesn't count as weapon, but guards on his forearms, where his chains are, and heavy armor on his legs made out of steel wire weaved Kevlar. Looks like extra baggy pants with a few too many pockets.
