Armor: When he was in the Sabres, he was given this armor for his skills. Made of composite carbon fiber and steel for light weight and power. The duster is his own design, though he rarely uses the hood. When he left the Sabres, he kept the armor, it was the best in the wasteland. Though he disabled the higher functions, such as the lights on the chest and the increased strength, so nobody would be suspicious of his armor.
Personality: Leon is a loner by nature and tends not to stick around in one place for too long. But he has a kind heart and treats many mutants with a deep respect. He is actually respectful to most life by nature and will treat most people he comes upon with kindness and respect.

Biography: Born straight into the Sabre military group a little after the bombs fell. He grew up a proud soldier, following in his fathers footsteps as an assassin. It was good work, secretly protecting the people of Spokane County whichever way they could. Until they started attacking mutants. Most mutants simply want to live in peace, but by the new Sabre Commander's orders, all mutants were to be purged. Nobody liked this, but they complied with his orders for a time, hoping that the commander was just drunk and would call it off. But he didn't, the attacks kept getting worse and worse, mere settlers that weren't mutated were stating to be hit by the Sabre attack squads, and thus, Leon was but one of the 30 assassins and soldiers that left the Sabre stronghold of Alpha to refuse killing mutants. The commander let them go willingly, this was their choice, and it was respected among the officers as long as they did not give out Sabre secrets.
At 26, Leon left for the wasteland and began his career as a wanderer, passing himself off as a merc with weapons and armor that he crafted himself. It has worked quite well to keep people from asking about how he got such high tech armor, even though its electronics are disabled. Every now and then, people would ask how he crafted his armor and how he got the weapons he has. He always tells them the same thing, that he made them himself.
He mainly travels town to town, place to place, picking up money where he can and infiltrating old ruins. The thought of the Dead City is always on his mind though, the thoughts of what may lie within the old metropolis. The lure of the ancient military bunker, surrounded by thousands of mutants and one of massive proportions, forever protecting the dead city.
