Arcana: The Hierophant
Name: Gale Maxwell

Age: 22
Appearance: Except he looks a bit older than what he looks like in the picture. His eyes are dark brown.
Personality: He is usually polite around others, and also somewhat kind, but the most noticable trait of his, is his composure. Some people even see him as someone who is connected to the divine, even though he isn't really proud of that fact.
Likes: Justice (not the arcana, actual justice), kindness, sunny weather, having fun as long as it does not hurt other people.
Dislikes: Bribe, opression, lies, manipulative and hot-tempered people.
Power: Gale has the power to control the weather around him. That does not include natural disasters, however it does include making 'natural' lightning from clouds. That is the only way he would use his powers in a fight, however, he will only fight as a last resort.
Additional Info: He did think of ways of using his powers to his own benefit, like making it rain in the summer and claiming to be a messanger of god or something like that, but he didn't want to be manipulative towards other people. He would still do it for himself and for others though, if he doesn't get revealed. He was a high school teacher even before the dream with The World, and still is a teacher.
