At the Kalefino Military Academy, students learn to become the best of the best in the military. They will become the future elite units and officers of the military. They have shooting training, tactics class etc. plus normal school subject. Each of them are assigned to a personal weapon who has their individual so called Artificial Persona (short: AP). The artificial persona serves as a partner who help with training and with the help of morale, teamwork and trust can advance the strength of the personal weapon. Artificial persona are holograms that appear human for the purpose of visualizing the personal weapons AI. The more the user trusts in his partner/weapon, the stronger the weapon may get. The only problem is that sometimes the weapons go rogue or go on strike. AP who are mobile weapons like tanks, armored vehicles etc. are likely to go rogue in which the weapon has to be destroyed or if the partner is still alive then with a personal bond that is strong enough the weapons AI can be settled. Handheld weapons are not likely to go rogue since that cannot move themselves and are more likely to simulate a weapon jam or who people like to call "striking". Some organisations want to acquire this technology because they want to abuse it. Will everything go well or will it end with a rebellion of the machines?

Classes: Each course is divided into three years. The courses are Tank Operator (TO), Elite (E), Officer (O), Mechanic (M), AP Calibrator (AC) and Medic (Me). The classes are named after the short form of the course and the year. For example: Me-2.

Subjects: English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Research, Medical Studies, Tactics, Strategy, Philosophy, Shooting, AP Calibration, Vehicle Operation, Mechanics, Literature, Relations

Uniforms: Boys wear a white shirt with a tie and pants (often a jacket too), girls wear pretty much the same just with an optional skirt (instead of pants) and ribbon (instead of a tie). Colors are blue and white or just white. APs dont wear uniforms. APs have individualized clothing.

Additional AP information: Artificial personas are human holograms of weapons which are at a low stage when they are first assigned to their user. The more experience and the more the effort, the better they get and the weapons evolve. The weapons abilities are proven throughout shooting training, tournaments and school defences.
