Leon has mainly American features with a few features from his father, namely his squared jaw and dark brown eyes. He is built up like a football player but is relatively skinny in terms of stomach and hip. Usually, situation dependent, he dresses in his usual trenchcoat and Dark Blue button up shirt along with black colored Khakkis along with a pair of customized shin boots that hide underneath his pants.
He does have a nasty scar on the middle of his throat that is mostly hidden by his shirt. The scar is from a nasty altercation from a few years back that, even though he won't describe it at all, left him totally unable to speak. He has a large tattoo on his chest that stretches up his chest, onto his shoulder and down his arm that is incredibly intricate and, vaguely, describes his path through life, starting at his stomach, which represents his birth, then travels up in three paths, describing his mental state, physical state and spiritual state throughout life, then exploding into a massive tattoo on his ribs, representing his life at 9 years old when he was thrust into training by his father, which then separates in the middle of his chest, where Leon is the dragon on the right (Left half of chest as represented by picture) and his father is the left (right half chest as represented by picture) it is this part of the tattoo that represents Leon's bidding of farewell to his father at 19 as his father was taken by vampires and brainwashed to be a wiling servant of a Vampire Lord.
Then the tattoo moves to the shoulder, which the "web" on it represents the mercy kill that Leon was forced to do on his father at 20 years old. The rest of the tattoo then moves down his arm and represents the rest of his life from 20-25, seeking out the resistance and fighting against the vampires.

Personality: Even with his Silence, Leon is a comedic, loving fellow that can care a little too much about people that earn his respect. He'll go out of his way to take a bullet for somebody he cares for and melancholy is an easy trap for him to fall into after a heavy fight. When he is in this trap, he will often seclude himself from a group or outright leave the group for an extended time, not too far, but he is rarely within sight. Although he is in the middle about if he wants love or not, he'll accept it as fast as he will deny it. Because he is so detached from people and because of is vocal condition, it is very hard for him to relate with anybody.
At heart however, he is a professional assassin. Spending hours, even DAYS alone in a hole or on top of a building, waiting for his target to fall into his trap that he personally orchestrated is well known to him. Many would describe him as a definite misanthrope, a hater of the human race. But when he is around people, it is quite the opposite. He'll use his body to fool around and make prop jokes, or he'll surprise a buddy and cause them to jump and try and smack him. Unfortunately, when somebody mentions his father in an insulting way, he becomes enraged and ready to murder whoever insulted his father.
One thing he has never gotten around to is learning sign language. He does however know military sign and can communicate with gestures and basic sign language. He was never interested in full sign though.

History: Leon was born in a place called "Raven City" near the northern edge of canada. The city was cold, it was disgusting, and it was full of vampires. Leon was brought up just a few miles outside of town to be "Normal" by his mother's standards. Fun loving, caring, dependable, just like mom. There were two things that got in the way of that. His father training him to be just like him, and the vampires that drained mom dry and left her to rot.
At a trifle 9 years old, Leon was forced to forget his past and take up the weapons of his father and become what he was. An assassin.
Throughout his young years and well into his teens, he was a model representation of his father. Perfect with any gun, able to sneak in and out of the town without so much as a whisper and able to turn an atheist book religious at half a mile with his Sniper Rifle. A CheyTac Intervention. And that was just at 14! At 18, he could do the same with a silver dollar! Although this life would come to an end at 19, when he and his father were in town and right from behind his back, his father was taken away by a rising vampire lord into the shadows and transformed into an ash loving freak. For an entire year after that, Leon devoted his life to tracking the vampire lord and killing him. He was not given the chance.
At 19 years old, 9 days before his 20th birthday, he had his father's head in his sights along with the vampire lord's. He decided then to take a mercy kill and get two kills with one bullet. He emptied the craniums of both his father's head and the vampire lord's.
Several days later, along with the beginnings of smoking (Which he would later find out that he was one of the few people in the world that was immune to the tar build up and negative effects of smoking), he celebrated his 20th birthday and left, just as the vampire uprising began.
He took the next few years to more or less avenge his dad's loss with multiple assassinations against high ranked vampires. It was during this time he took up acting lessons so he could better blend in with the servants and cattle of the vampires. He became really good at it. At 24 years, he heard of a resistance that had sprung up. He in turn, sprung at the chance to hunt these do gooders down and help them in any way he could. It wasn't long until they, in fact, found him and got him into the resistance. Keeping questions to themselves, he was quickly submerged in hellos and friendly hugs and felt at home for the first time in years. They stayed away from the question "What happened to your neck?" however. He still hasn't told, written, or signed the story to them, and he doesn't plan to.
