Victor is an ancient warrior, and is not afraid to show it in his armor and clothing. His hair was white from the start, one of the very few of that era to be born with stark white hair. He has no facial flaws to be known of. His body however, is raked with scars and imperfections from years and years of constant fighting and training with his signature Flamberge. He is the perfect example of a Vampiric Warrior with a V Shaped body from the hip up. He has a 16 pack for a stomach and his arms could easily lift a corpse in each hand
He has blackish blue eyes stuck in his evil skull and tends to look down on people from his 6 foot 9 inches height.

Personality: Victor von Corsair does not fuck around a bit when it comes to people. He is one who follows the old ways of how to act and behave around "Guests" and friends. To act with Edict and treat the cattle with respect, never to kill them, to make the cattle fall in love with it's master is a huge priority in his mind. Not to just drain them and move on. More then once he has slapped a fellow vampire silly for trying to drain all the blood from their cattle. It is for this reason that he is feared among all for his ability to command respect in his "Court"
At heart, Victor is honorable and kind to all species and does not actually believe that enslaving the entire human race was necessary but instead to live in harmony with them. It didn't help that his own friends wanted to do it. He went along with the plan however and enjoys the lifestyle that he did nearly 400 years ago.
Though there is a side of him that most do not see. It is his warrior side. The second he dawns his armor and readies his blade, he is a tyrant that is not afraid to kill his own wife if she dares defy him. This is the side where most of the respect comes from. Anybody that dares to cross Victor tends to end up on the dinner table either as a main course for him and his friends, or in the grave with the rest of those who rebel.
Speaking of rebel. Victor does not care for this "Resistance" as they decided to call their uprising. They have made several attempts on his life, even when he has publicly voiced his position on this little war that has been going on. Because of this, they have lost all of his respect that he did have for them when they started this rebellion and has made it his business to hunt them down wherever they may be.

History:
For years, Victor trained underneath Arther as warrior, prince and gentleman. Learning everything from how to break a man in 100 ways to courting a lady to eventually ruling his kingdom. For 30 straight years, Victor and Arther were best friends. At 39 years of age, Arther made Victor an offer. His parents rule was coming to an end and Victor was to take their place. Why not do it as a vampire?
Victor went to his aging parents with this question and was greeted with surprised looks and a long talk on the cons and pros of being a vampire. It wasn't until 3 years later, at age 42, that he decided to undergo the ritual to become a full vampire.
The next 100 years would fly by. As the king of Hungary, he transformed the nation into a vampire centric nation that lived in harmony with humans. And with Arther at his side, it was a happy life.
A couple hundred years later though, he started to grow bored of the kingly rule and handed it over to Arther with a look of shock on arther's face, Victor left to travel the world he had lived in for 300 years.
Traveling all over the world, from japan to russia, america to england, canada to tibet. He's climbed the mighty mount Everest and delved deep into the earth's crust. All without a single singe from the sun. He traveled the earth and experienced all of its splendors within a small 50 year time slot. He's met loves that no other man or vampire could. He's dipped into the blood of kings and shared banquet with Japanese Lords. He enjoyed that short 50 years, least until he was invited to the rising Blood Lust City. Feeling adventurous, he went and hasn't left since.
