Kal Ter's signature is his left eye, slashed out by a beast in the forest long ago. Though it can be fixed with his own magic, he keeps it as a reminder to all of the danger of the Ever Forest.

The mentality of Ter is rather complex for a creature of his size. He is remarkably intelligent, and wise beyond any in his tribe. He has mastered the arts of both creation and destruction magics, making him one of the most powerful mages (of any races) to ever live. Adding to the fact he is not "properly" trained in these arts makes his mastery even more astounding to human mages. He is a very peaceful giant, but shows no regret in ending a life.
