Power Manifestation: 9.5. First of all, there is a lot of science behind this ability. It does not manifest physically but can affect matter. It carries energy and can propagate through most mediums (Solid, liquid, gas, plasma). Not only can it pass through media, but it can push matter as well, if the Mach Waves comprising the shock waves created by the release and amplification of sound waves are continuous as opposed to discontinuous. The physics are a little broken, mainly because the ability bends the laws therein. More so, the ability actually works when sound waves are presented. With the sound waves moving away from the Aura user, as in a voice emitted, the user wraps themselves in an atmosphere with less pressure than our own. The sound pressure waves have little effect on the Aura user in this atmosphere. A sound pressure level of 191 decibels (dB) is the highest pressure variation an undistorted sound can have in the earth’s atmosphere. In other atmospheres, like that which the user presents, larger sound waves can be present. In our atmosphere, these waves would register as shock waves. As shock waves are propagating disturbance, they are characterized by abrupt, nearly discontinuous changes in the characteristics of the medium, i.e. gas. In the absence of a medium of physicality, such as an electromagnetic field or gravity field, the waves create an extremely rapid rise in pressure, temperature and density of the flow. It is important to remember that Aura abilities are manifestations of atmospheres. An atmosphere can be retained for longer if the temperature within is lower. The raising of temperatures due to propagation of the waves caused atmospheres to weaken.
All waves carry energy, and in the case of a sound wave producing a sound pressure level of 500 dB or more, once released from the confines of an atmosphere with pressure that makes the sound inaudible for protection of the user, the shock wave would be powerful enough to destroy buildings and collapse matter. This is possible because of the amount of excess energy applicable to perform or “do” work. When a shock wave passes through matter, the total energy is preserved but the energy which can be extracted as work decreases and entropy increases. Entropy, in Physics, is the measurement of energy unavailable to do work in a process. In this process, it would be the dispersal of sound energy through matter. It would be the same as sound waves entering the bricks of a house and being distorted and muffled and finally dispersing in media until they dissipate. In this matter with the Decibel Aura, there is so much energy released that the media usually present cannot absorb enough of the energy and is literally shaken to pieces by the wave pattern.
This energy is released as a detonation wave; that is without the explosion. In the case of a high explosive, such as TNT (which has an explosive velocity of 5900 m/s) the subsequent wave will always travel at a high supersonic velocity from the point of origin i.e. the Aura user. In an exothermic reaction, a chemical reaction releases light or heat. In this case, the medium would be combustibles or high explosives. With the Aura ability Decibel, the effect is the same; a shockwave moving through an unstable medium and being propelled by the following exothermic reaction. This reaction would be intense, explosive releases of heat. This ability does all of the work without the explosion. The aura erupts away from the user once the sound waves are released.

Energy Manipulation: 8. Sound waves can be used to cancel out most other forms of energy. This is also one of the only abilities that can pass through gravitational fields. It can be absorbed into dimensional anomalies and “doorways”.

What can be done: If it seems like it can be done with sound, it can. This takes a lot of imagination to get right though. There is only so much a human can yell. Carry an instrument.
What can’t be done: There is a whole mess of science up above. Don’t get crazy with this. Decibel has no effect on photonic energy AT ALL. Remember that the Aura user is very, very weak physically and ability cancelling Edges and Dimensional Disturbance Edges can disrupt the energy waves.
