Personality

She’s inspiring and charmismatic, and she’s not afraid to make the tough calls. She’s smart enough to make the best decision, and compassionate enough to make that decision with the interests of the people. Funny and quick-witted she’s also oozing with charm and style. Stephaine, like her brother, is criticized for clinging to a "black-and-white" morality. She is strictly opposed to any form of oppression and greatly admires her brother. She misses much of the 1940's but likes ther style of women today and the rights they have earned. Stephaine is not all perfect though...far from it. She has flash backs to her murderous life and slips into her ruthless self at times, this greatly troubles her and gives her panic attacks.

Equipment

Uniform: As American Dream she wears a water and fire retardant costume, which is made of kevlar, nomex and light weight titanium. The costume also offers a medium level of resistance to electric shocks and force impacts i.e., falls from 30 mts height and The suit cannot be pierced by normal conventional sharp edged materials like sharp wood, glass, iron, copper and aluminum. The suit also gives some resistance to high temperatures.

American Dream's only weapon is her shield, a concave disk 2.5 feet in diameter, weighing 12 pounds. It is made of a unique Vibranium-steel alloy that was duplicated from Captain america's. The Shield was cast by American metallurgist Dr. Myron MacLain, who was contracted by the U.S. government to create an impenetrable substance to use for tanks during World War II. During his experiments, MacLain combined Vibranium with a steel alloy he was working with and created the original disc-shaped shield. Still alive today, however quite old, once he was told a relative of the Captains was discovered he set to work making another Shield before he passed in an effort to revive his dream of the american hero.

History

Immediately before and during World War II, Steve Rogers sister, Stephanie Rogers was a member of the U.S. Army's Women's Auxiliary Army Corps, and later worked as an FBI agent. She remained unaware her brother was Captain America until he was trapped in the ice and lost. Furious former hydra agents, unable to find their leader or the captain kidnap his sister in an effort to bring him out of hiding. As they transported her back to their base, intending to question her and hold her captive till the captain comes for her, their aircraft crashed due to heavy fire from some surprize US forces. After the plane exploded, General Vasily Karpov and the crew of a Russian patrol submarine found Stephanie's cold-preserved body and she was revived in Moscow, but suffered brain damage with amnesia as a result of the explosion. Programmed to be a Soviet assassin for Department X and injected with the Nzi very own version of the soilder formula, under the code name the white Scorpion, she was sent on covert wetworks missions, i.e., missions involving assassination, becoming increasingly ruthless and efficient as she killed in the name of the state. While a Soviet agent, she also had a brief friendship with The Black Widow. The White Scorpion was kept in a cryogenic stasis when not on missions, and as a result had aged only a few years to a young adult since the closing days of World War II. When the US military took control of the base after the war, they found a frozen Stephanie rogers and went to work on giving her back her memories, and returning her to normal. They were sucessful in her rememberance of her former self but she could not forget her knowledge of being White Scorpion either. So with a jumbled up mind and a battle waging in her heart she is finally told she will get to see her brother at long last.
