Superior Physicality: Viktor, as a type B vampire, is exponentially more powerful and agile than an average human, and his physical power increases every day that he does not drink blood (Mastered).
Life Drain: When his hunger becomes particularly overwhelming (after about a week and a half of hunger) Viktor's body, in order to attempt to compensate for the lack of blood, begins to reach out and sap the living energy out of those around him; over a period of what can take as long as two hours or as short as a few minutes depending on how powerful his hunger is, those around him feel at first a mild discomfort throughout their body that develops into a pain that begins to increase in strength the longer they remain near him. He has no control over this ability, as it is not by his own will that it is used. (Control is Weak)
Poisoned Fangs: When mortally injured, the glands in Viktor's fangs begin to secrete a powerful and deadly poison that can kill if he so much as scrapes his teeth against the skin of a victim. (Great)
Juggernaut: At will Viktor can command his body to ignore pain and injuries so that he can continue fighting at optimal capacity, taking injuries without being stopped by them. The downside is that if he is mortally injured he wouldn't notice until it is too late, so it is an ability Viktor typically reserves for situations in which he is cornered and cannot escape. (Exceptional)
Resistance: Viktor is resistant to more passive abilities (the seduction of a succubus, for example) when at full strength; at varying degrees of lessened power, such as after feeding, he is more vulnerable to such abilities. (Great)
Weaknesses: Unlike most vampires, Viktor, as a type B, is weaker after drinking blood, even though he has more control over himself after drinking. It is something of a double-edged sword; if he does not drink blood for a few days, he becomes more and more powerful, but his control over himself and his temper slowly lessen, and ultimately can lead him to become violent and destructive. If he does drink, his power is drastically lessened, but he becomes calm and more in control of himself. His power is also lessened when under the open sun, and he cannot stay in the sun for more than a half an hour (up to two hours if he has not fed within a few days) without suffering crippling pain.
Signature ability:
Invisible Blade: Viktor manipulates the very air around him into a movement so fast that it can slash and slice with the effect of a blade. The length of the 'blade' is at most six feet, making it deadly in close combat but rather useless at long ranges. In addition, Viktor must use some sort of physical stimulus (ie snapping his fingers) to cause the effect, giving his opponent a split second warning (Exceptional)
Race characteristics: As a type b Vampire, Viktor has pale skin and eyes that occasionally flash crimson, especially when he is particularly hungry. He also has fangs that are particularly long even for a vampire, making it difficult to conceal them most of the time.
Personality: When fully himself (ie up to a day or two after drinking) Viktor is calm and friendly, and exceptionally loyal to his friends and those whom he considers comrades. He has a sarcastic sense of humour and often makes cynical and pessimistic comments, but he does what he can to ensure those around him remain safe. He also refuses to harm innocents or ladies (which has led to him being called old-fashioned at best and a chauvinist at worst). He prefers to keep quiet and remain in the background in social situations, entering in a comment or two at his leisure but for the most part observing rather than participating.
When he is hungry and has not fed for a few days, he becomes rather different. He slowly begins to become more quick-tempered and irate, though when he is having a particularly good day he manages to stave off such emotions. However, after a week or so of not feeding, he becomes gradually more violent and will take his anger out on everything around him--whether it be an object or a person. If his hunger goes on for long enough, he becomes sadistic and brutal, not only causing pain but enjoying inflicting it as well. At this point he is unable to resist the urge to harm others and destroy. If he is not given blood by two weeks, there is a possibility that he will fully lose himself to this animalistic, vicious vampire side.
The reason Viktor became a type B vampire was because of his initial refusal to feed. At first a Type A vampire, Viktor knew little of his affliction and thus had no idea that if he refused to feed he would eventually become a type B vampire. He still hates having to feed--even more so because now his bite is immensely painful, but he realises that if he neglects to feed again, he can do far more grievous damage, both to himself and to others.
Likes: A good book, peace and quiet, good music (when it is appropriate), cool air, night-time, the moon
Dislikes: Day-time, heat, drinking blood, others attempting to control him (literally and figuratively), becoming violent
Fears: Viktor's greatest fear is losing himself entirely to the animalistic violence of his vampirism.
Strengths: Besides his physical prowess and abilities, Viktor possesses a keen and calculating mind (that is, when he is fully himself). He is rational and collected, though when a friend is in danger he will go to whatever lengths to ensure they are safe.
Weaknesses: As said, his weakness is that if he does not feed, despite his power growing, his self control wanes until he becomes violent and, ultimately, animalistic and ferocious. When he does feed, however, he becomes weaker but more self-controlled.
Best character trait: Viktor's best trait may be his loyalty to his friends and his ability to think calmly and rationally after feeding.

Viktor stands at 6'1, a decently tall height for a type b vampire, with a slim build (he doesn't feel the need to work out or gain muscle due to his supernaturally enhanced strength and agility). He has long black hair reaching down at its longest to his shoulder blades (though it has a tendency to get in his eyes, which he is rather irritated by). His eyes are stony black like obsidian, though after a few days of hunger they can occasionally flash a blood-red crimson when he is thinking of biting a person near him. His fangs, long even by vampire standards, can often be seen peeking out over his lips, and when he becomes angry he doesn't even bother to attempt to hide them. He typically wears what is seen in the picture above; a light jacket or coat over a t-shirt or tank-top, a pair of jeans, and a pair of slip on shoes.
