Personality: Jonathan Crane studies all his victims a little and finding out their phobias before scaring them out of their right mind . . . Literally. They are usually left paranoid or insane. He is an expert on psychology, with a large focus on fear, and was a certified teacher on the subject. He was too close to his own fear toxins for to long and is both addicted and incapable of stopping himself from dosing himself with it through VERY VERY small doses. He soon went from being afraid of Bats in general, to afraid of only the Batman. So now he seeks to kill and rid himself of the Caped Crusader.
Specialty: Using fear to kill and leave his victims paranoid.
Weapos/Tools: Scarecrow in this RP will at all times have his traditional scythe with him to help his 'violent dancing' fighting style. He also uses straws from the many that reside on his costume, because when he breaks them, they let out a very small amount of his special 'fear gas'. And finally, my personal favorite, stuffed scarecrows to scare his victims.
