Physical Description
Charlotte is an average girl as far as weight, height, and first appearances are concerned. Underneath her clothes are numerous bruises and healing cuts from the abusive relationship that she had before the memory wipe and disappearance of the townsfolk. She doesn't remember everything right away, but it gradually comes to her in nightmares and horrific flashbacks she'd rather not have at all. She tries to play it cool with everyone, but her excuses become more and more paper thin and she's not sure she's ready to come to terms with whatever life she had before and why it left her with so many bruises and scars that went deeper than just her skin.

"I'm not sure I want to be who I was before this."

Skills
☣ Un-noticeable || Charlotte lives her life under the radar and despises being the center of attention. She can go virtually invisible in a crowd and sometimes even in a small group of people.
☣ Advice || Despite never taking her own, she always used to be the crutch and strong shoulder friends and loved ones turned to in times of trouble. Charlotte always had encouraging words and a plan of action, no matter how familiar she was with the situation.
☣ Hiding || Charlie got very good at hiding in a moments notice from her childhood and into her older years. If there's a situation that calls for hiding, she'll be out of sight before others even begin looking around for a place to go.

Talent
☢ Writing || Before the blankness, Charlotte was an avid writer and could always be found working on a story in some form or another. Her books were her life, her escape from the reality she couldn't seem to get away from.
☢ Packing || Splat's always been an expert at packing as much as possible into whatever space she has available.
☢ Climbing || Her family used to have a forest on their land and she often snuck away to trek up the trees as far as she could manage and only sometimes got hurt.

"I've always been the invisible one, and I like it that way."

Likes
Wandering through the trees || It's like teleporting to a different world.
Being alone || I crave my alone time.
Thunderstorms || The storm is outside of me for once.

Dislikes
Being touched || It makes me remember...and that's the last thing I want.
Darkness || I feel like the darker it is, the less oxygen and room there is for me.
Screaming || It's hell on earth to hear.

Strengths
Flying under the radar || Because of her past, Charlotte can easily just go with the flow unnoticed and overlooked, and she works best with hardly any attention on her.
Holding Back || She's always had to bottle in her feelings and thoughts and it's both a strength and weakness for her. She can hold everything in for as long as it takes and deal with it later or push it off entirely.
Compassion || Char has a big heart and will help anyone who comes to her, whether it's to talk or more.

Flaws
Victim Complex|| As she remembers more, her memories give her the sense of it all being her fault and it was somehow avoidable. She struggles with the thought of what happened and that it was really her abuser's fault.
Doormat || Charlotte lets everyone walk all over her and take advantage of her because she's learned standing up for herself comes at a price she'd rather not pay.
Introvert || Her forced introversion growing up and up before the incident makes it very hard for her to get close to and open up to people.

Habits
Fidgetting || In conversation and whenever her hands are idle, Charlotte toys with the edges of her clothes or whatever nearby item is around.
Watching ground when she walks || Charlotte has always looked at her feet or the ground wherever she goes, avoiding eye contact and altercation as much as possible.
Biting her lip || Charlotte is a very anxious, shy individual and frequently bites and chews on her lip.

"I don't exactly make friends right away."

Personality
Charlotte is a very timid, internal person because of her past. She's very loving and compassionate, but most do not know this until they get to know her or if they catch her in a tender moment. She tries her absolute hardest to avoid conflict and getting in the way of others, and constantly strives to be as far away as possible from the center of attention. Charlotte takes solace in her writing and in forested areas, but secretly longs for close friendships, though she lacks the initiative to make them.

"I want to be close to people, it's just hard for me."

History
Charlotte grew up in a well-off home with her parents and four siblings. When she was too young to remember, her mother died and their father took it very badly. He became abusive to all of his children and unfortunately all Charlotte really remembers of her childhood is hiding from this abuse and doing whatever she could to please her father in hopes that he would be satisfied enough not to hurt her that day. When she started high school, he realized he needed to change when one of his episodes sent her and her older sister Madison into the hospital. The past year he's been trying to sober up and be more gentle and paternal with his children, but the damage has already been done.

Charlotte met Thomas a few months before the lightning struck city hall and fell head over heels for the smooth talking Senior. He quickly had her under his spell and not even two weeks after being together, started being verbally and physically abusive to her when she did not do or say what he wanted her to. Charlotte didn't tell anyone; she thought something was wrong with her and she simply needed to do better so that he wouldn't have any reason to hurt her with his words or fists. She'd hidden it well and it seemed to be working, but she was far from happy. All of her life, she lived in fear, striving to be whatever her father's idea of perfection was for her, and she never reached it.

Now she's been given a clean, memory less slate but she's sure it won't last long. As time passes, memories start coming back to her and she's once again slave to the abuse she's had throughout her life. She longs to break free from this life she's been plagued with, to be happy and in a healthy relationship, but it seems as easily attainable as a fairytale.

So begins...

Charlotte woke up face down on a table in what she guessed was an art room. The smell of paint was thick in the air and she was sitting there alone in the darkness. A wave of fear rushed through her and she straightened in her plastic chair quickly, ouch...too quickly. Every movement hurt like she'd been stoned. She unbuttoned her cardigan and peeled back part of it to see bruises covering her shoulders and disappearing underneath her dress. What had happened? She re-buttoned the sweater, knowing she must've been covering the marks for a reason and slowly stood from the chair she was in. It was hard not to wince with each movement and she wondered if this was common of her life before, which she realized she remembered nothing of...not even her name. She felt a vibration against her chest and jumped, not remembering putting her phone in the front of her bra. She chuckled to herself and went to check it, only to see the screen light up moments before it died. Oh, great. She stood there reluctantly in the darkness a moment longer, allowing her eyes to readjust as fear swelled within her before looking for the walls and hopefully a lightswitch. When she found the panel of switches near the doorway, her heart dropped to her stomach when she realized they didn't work. Oh how she hated the dark.

She walked blindly into the hallway, seeing tall, dark blue lockers lining the wall. She heard slight conversation in various directions, but found herself heading away from them to explore and maybe find a way out of this school type building. Near a water fountain, she could see her reflection and jumped back at the sight of it. There was dried on paint all over her face, hands, and up her arms all the way to her elbow where her cardigan sleeves had been rolled up. What was she doing before she passed out? She shook her head and continued on, not wanting to dwell on her bizarre appearance. While she was walking, she passed the cafeteria and paused in the doorway when she saw a girl inside and tried to build up enough courage to say something while she timidly made her way towards her. Conversation wasn't exactly her strong suit.

Rose turned as the tale-tell sound of doors was heard, away from the paper she had been looking at. It was tacked on the wall next to the food, but it didn't hold any information she needed. It just listed the food they would be serving tomorrow. Since Rose didn't know when 'tomorrow' was, nor did she expect school would be open, she didn't think that mattered all that much. The girl she had turned to meet was startling at first, and Rose recoiled, grabbing the seat of the nearest chair. She didn't know why, but Rose didn't like surprises. She didn't like loud noises either, so she assumed whatever had happened to her involved either one or both. The girl approached cautiously, which Rose appreciated.

The girl's face was spattered with paint, and she appeared to be dressed fancily but casually. Rose absentmindedly wondered if she had known her, before she lost.... whatever she had lost. However, the girl didn't seem to be making any move to speak. Rose's first instinct was to tell her to go away or some variation of the sort, which the sane part of Rose's mind knew was odd- Rose thought she was alone, shouldn't people be a blessing? Still, Rose sensed she liked to keep people away, for whatever reason. Still...

"He-Hello?" Rose said shortly, her voice surprisingly clear in the empty room. She fought down the part of her that wanted to push the girl away- Rose needed to get her memory back in any case and it wasn't like the girl meant her any harm. At least, that was what Rose told herself.

"Do you know where we are... do you know who you are?" The words felt foreign in her mouth, but she spat them out anyway.

"Do you know who I am?" Rose muttered, almost as an afterthought. She wasn't afraid to admit she wanted to know who this mystery girl was- who she was.

Charlotte made her way hesitantly towards the girl and jumped right along with her when she turned to face her. She looked at her wordlessly until she spoke up a little loudly, probably more loudly than she'd intended.

"Hello." Charlotte murmured, watching her try to make sense of things as well. When she asked if she knew where or who she was, part of her felt slightly discouraged. Apparently she had no recollection either. "I...no. I woke up in what I think was an art room and I...I don't remember anything else. I know how to do things, but nothing about who I am or who I knew before."

Charlotte was surprised by how lengthy her response was; it made her feel uncomfortable and self-conscious, like she wasn't exactly the chattiest person before. She bit her lip and averted her eyes from the girl to a nearby table while she waited for a reply.

"I don't believe you can judge beauty seeing you've only seen one person. Any who my comment wasn't thoroughly thought through. If this were my imagination I wouldn't be stuck in an abandon school, memory-less, and with a British jock. No offense" she said absent mindlessly, taking steps down the hall. They couldn't be the only ones, it just wasn't possible, was it? She hoped this wasn't the beginning of some zombie apocalypse or end of the world virus thing. Listening to the thick accent from the football player answer her previous questions, she stopped in her place. Turning around to face him she gave him a questionable look.
"So you don't remember neither? I'm not the only one, that's a sure relief" Quinn sighed before raising an eyebrow.
"Mouse? Is that my name now?" she asked before grabbing her phone from her pocket again. "Mine is dead" she stated, showing him the iPhone with the hipster Ariel cover. Quinn was dressed somewhat like a hipster. The beanie, studded shorts, and band shirt were all dead give a ways. She turned her back to him as she began walking down the hall once again. The entire situation was one giant puzzle, with no given pieces. Having your memory gone was hard enough, but with no one around to set you straight, how the hell were you suppose to come back from something like that? Quinn always got lost in her own mind it seemed, but she snapped out of it after a few more steps. A school directory was plastered behind glass on the school walls, and she made her way over to it, looking at the layout of the school. Her fingers found where they were, and looked at the possibilities. The cafeteria was on the same level, the nurses office, entrance, and library were all upstairs.
The Modest Mouse CD still firmly in her hands she looked to the hallway intersection. She guessed to check the gym to the right, and then the cafeteria for anymore lost teens such as herself and British guy. Walking briskly brought her to the main gym entrance doors and with little hope she opened them. Nothing but darkness was inside.
"Hello?" she called out from the doors of the gym. When no answer came she sighed and started walking towards the cafeteria. Even if there weren't people there, there would hopefully be food. With the way her stomach felt, food would be nice.
"I'm going to the lunch room. Maybe there will be people, but food would be great as well" she said to the football player behind her.

Rose looked at the girl hesitatingly, watching her speak. She seemed wary of doing so- Rose wondered why that was. Maybe it was a clue as to what she acted like... before. Rose couldn't hide the slightly sadness that crossed her features when the girl said she didn't know who she was either. Both of them were clueless, which only served to dismay Rose more. How was she supposed to figure this out if no one knew anything?

"Well, we need names to call each other at least... I guess that can be first on our agenda," Rose sighed, thinking about how she was going to figure all of this out. Or worse, even if she did want to figure it out. Maybe this was a blessing- if Rose's quick-to-flinch nature was any indication, her life was horrid anyway.

"I had a lemon bar... I'll be Lemon. It's unoriginal, but it's something," Rose said, looking back at the desolate square of yellow that was still sitting on her tray. Rose sat down in the nearest chair- her headache was only getting worse and she felt the need to rub at her temples, which she did.

"I'm so confused," she muttered, more to herself than anything. She couldn't even piece together the day of the week - much less her entire past history! Rose went over the things she knew in her mind- she didn't mind talking, so she must have been at least somewhat outgoing. However, Rose didn't seem to like people and she felt the need to keep them away from her, she felt like she deserved to be alone- that must mean something bad had happened, right?

Rose conjured us a variety of images in her mind, to see what her first instinct was. Music? Indifference... radios. Schoolwork? Bad, but has to be done. Cars? Rose smiled at the thought. Just the thought of a vehicle made her want to find a toolbox and get under the hood, fix it up and make it work. It was a small thing, knowing what she liked. Still, it comforted her, and she left the smile on her face as she looked about the cafe.

Charlotte "Splat" Montgomery

Charlotte smiled a little at the name Lemon decided to call herself. It was better than no name, at least. Charlotte glanced down at her paint covered arms and chewed her lip a moment, thinking over what possible name should lay claim to until it came to her a little suddenly. "I guess I'll be Splat. I woke up in some sort of art room like this." She explained, watching Lemon sit down and kind of go into her own world of thoughts. Charlotte didn't want to leave her and be alone in the dark again, so she found a spot of her own a safe distance away without being so far that Lemon would think something was wrong with her.

Splat picked at the dried up paint on her left arm and tried to see if she could remember anything about herself; why she had all these bruises, what her name was, anything. She thought and thought and all she got was an enormous headache and flashes of what could be something, but they went by so fast that she couldn't really tell what she was remembering. She hardly knew anything about herself, and this made her feel so insignificant and confused. She didn't even know where she was or what this building there were in was. Nothing looked or felt familiar to her. She shook her head and tried to remember once more, but still got nothing. Hopefully it would come to her in time.

Charlotte kept picking at the paint and thinking, trying to figure out what had happened and why she was here with someone who's memory had also been wiped. Were there others? If there was, she didn't really hear anyone. Then again, they were all bound to find each other eventually in this building...whatever it was.

"Got a light, m'lady?" Captain said behind her. She made a disapproving face.
"No, and even if I did, the answer would be no" Quinn said as she began walking to the cafeteria. She smiled when she heard a frantic voice coming from behind her.
"Oy! Don't leave me alone in this.... school." Captain said. Her steps were long and meaningful as they got to the entry of the lunch room. The darkness made it hard to see anything. It was close to quiet when they arrived.
"You think they left some food out, miss?" Captain said as he searched the kitchen, empty food trays sat at the lunch tables, and it looked like a ghost town. Never had Quinn seen anything like this, not that she would've remembered anyway. She was secretly glad she wasn't the only one fucked in the head at the moment.
"Looks like either someone beat us to it, and licked'em clean, or.." Captain, pausing between words "There was no food to begin with, lass." he finished, giving her a small face. Quinn frowned and patted her stomach.
"Well we better find food soon Casanova, because I have the munchies, and I may end up eating you if my hunger isn't satisfied soon" she said with a grin before she thought she heard the faint voices of two other girls. She followed the noise, to see two girls in the dark by a lunch table.
"Hello?" she said loudly, hoping the girls would hear. Maybe the school was haunted - and they were ghost. Either way, Quinn was happy there were people around in general. She couldn't really see the two girls in the dark light, but she made steps closer to them.

Doc watched as Lighter walked off, he hoped he wouldn't see her again. On the other hand, she could be the only other one in the world. His stomach gave a slight groan, he was hungry. He collected his thoughts and started walking back the way he came - along the hallway-. He was going to go to the cafeteria. The boy was curious as to what it would look like, seeing as before whatever the incident was, he would've eaten lunch in there every day.

Doc found the cafeteria and stepped inside, instantly greeted with the sight of four other people.
Oh crap! He thought, very alarmed, at least none of them were smoking.
There was three girls and a boy, all looking confused, like him, and looking for food, like him.
"Uh...Hello..." He coughed, feeling a touch shy.

Charlotte "Splat" Montgomery

Charlotte heard voices coming from what she guessed might be the kitchen and slowly (and admittedly a little fearfully) turned her head to look a few moments before a girl loudly asked, "Hello?" Splat jumped at the sound of her voice before smiling sheepishly and raising a paint covered hand to wave shyly at her and the boy next to her wearing a jersey.

"Hi," Splat greeted as loudly as her shyness would allow. It came out a little above normal speaking range, but luckily the empty cafeteria carried her voice to them as if it were louder. She eyed the pair curiously, wondering if they also had no recollection of why they were here. When she was about to ask, a boy entered the cafeteria behind her from the front door. "Uh...Hello...." He managed to cough out shyly. Charlotte turned her head to smiling warmly at him; knowing how shy she is around others and thinking he might be the same way.

"I'm Splat and that's Lemon. We sort of...named ourselves since we can't remember our actual names." Splat introduced to the three strangers, warming up a bit but still feeling a touch timid in their presence.

Rose turned to the voices as well, almost certain this time the voices would be from her head (she still wasn't uncertain that all of this wasn't just some crazy dream or some such other, normal, thing). Splat waved towards the questioning voice, so Rose mimed her and waved as well as she leaned against the cool plastic of one of the chairs.

"Hello," Rose said, only a few seconds after Splat. Rose's eyes darted over the others, looked at their clothing. The first, a girl, seemed to be a bit too... loudly dressed for Rose's liking. Still, she seemed to know what she was doing more than the rest of them did, in any case. The other one, a male, was a jock. That much was very certain. Rose was a bit off put by just how much space he took up- he seemed to emanate around the room, scary and self-assured. Rose almost wanted to whimper, but she fought with herself and settled for just sinking back a bit, letting Splat do the talking. Probably for the best.

Spat introduced herself, and she also introduced Rose (well, as best as she could, with both of them not knowing their real names. Lemon had a ring to it that was starting to grow on Rose, however, and she liked it more and more with each passing second. It gave her an identity- it felt solid. Rose smiled at this, because currently she didn't have very many 'solid' things.)

Quinn was relieved the people were friendly as well. That crossed out her possible apocalypse theory. The girls seemed just as confused as she did. She waved back at the girl that did to her as she walked closer.
"Hi," the girl with the flowing dress said. Something told Mouse she wasn't a giant socialite.
"Hello," the blonde girl said after. Before she could begin talking, or asking questions in hopes they may have the answers, another voice came in from behind them. She turned quickly.
"Uh...Hello..." a male voice said. She could only make out some things about the guy. She got the brown hair and body shape of the guy, but that was about it.
"Oh hey" she greeted him, looking back over to the girls.
"I'm Splat and that's Lemon. We sort of...named ourselves since we can't remember our actual names." the girl that had named herself Splat introduced. That was clever. Quinn guessed they would need to have some sort of names, or else talking would be strange.
"Nice to meet your acquaintance Splat and Mouse...and other guy. Call me...Mouse. This is Captain" she smiled, pointing to Captain.
"No food here, that's lovely. I'm going to put this out on the table now. It seems I can remember anything, and neither can you. Either we're all on some really hardcore drugs, or something happened that we can't remember. Frankly at the moment I don't care what happened, because I have the munchies. Are there any others you've seen?" Mouse spoke quickly, asking a question at the end. She felt at ease talking to others yet at the same time she felt she would rather be alone. That was far from true however, she would get bored and lonely.
"Maybe it would be a good idea to find our way out of this school. Let me be the first to say that if this is where we all went to high school, the colors are extremely tacky" Mouse grinned, stretching her legs slightly. She adjusted the rings on her finger and fixed the black beanie on her head. The CD in her hands was clutched tightly. Her past was important, and this was one of her only clues of who she was.

Charlotte "Splat" Montgomery

Splat nodded in understanding as Mouse introduced herself and Captain and chuckled when he stated who he was and why. She glanced in interest at the cd Mouse had, not coming to any recollection on the artist or the album artwork; it must not have been something that she spent much time listening to before all of this happened.

"I woke up alone and found Lemon...you three are the first others I've seen." Charlotte said in response to Mouse's question after her introductions. She seemed nice, and very outgoing and forward, but in a friendly, get to business sort of way. She seemed to be a lot less shaken up about the situation than Charlotte was, but then again Charlotte got the sense that she didn't handle things well, new or old. Even now after introductions had been mad, she felt wildly uncomfortable with so many people around her looking to her and each other. She wanted a place to hide, but fought this urge because with the recent loss of memory, being alone wasn't going to help her or the others figure out what happened or why they couldn't remember it, or anything else.

Splat giggled at the banter about colors and nodded in agreement; they weren't exactly tasteful. She stood and stretched, ready to find a way out if the others agreed to it. She had a very strong feeling that she was more of a follower than a leader.

After listening to introductions and the ideas of others, Mouse nodded. The dimness of the school was unsettling, and it made her want to leave the place. Despite her want to flee - people may be left in the building, and she had no recollection of the outside world at the moment. The other guy that had joined the group was being terribly quiet, she found it a bit unsettling. Everyone she had met were as confused as she was - she liked that. It sounded terrible in her head that she was happy that other people were feeling the same amount of confusion as she - but it was what was binding the people together.
"Sounds like a good plan Lemony Lemon" she said to the blonde with a small grin before kicking an empty water bottle on the cafeteria floor with her aqua colored vans.

She began walking back towards the cafeteria doors they once entered. As glad as she was to find people, she couldn't help but feel rather...crowded. Something about being alone seemed very appealing. It was hard not knowing anything about yourself - why certain behaviors were evident, why you did certain things. Those girls seemed to have the same issue. She could tell Captain was a Casanova - it was blatantly obvious. In fact - that is what she made his nickname.

Quinn walked through the locker filled halls with quiet steps. Her eyes averted to the ceilings of the school. Some lights flickered dimly. It was eerie. The place was in obvious need of a good electrician.
"Do any of you know what time it is?" she called behind her to whoever may be listening. The clocks were still stuck at the same damn time.

Walking she fell to the ground suddenly when her body collided with a different one. Awkwardly she fell on top of whoever the person was with a small squeek.
"Oh shi-I'm sorry" she quickly apologized, getting herself off of the poor boy. The boy had a book in his hand and had brown hair with blue eyes.
"I found more people" she called out to the others she had met earlier. Brushing herself off she offered a hand to the guy she tumbled over.
"The floors, terribly slippery" she joked lamely, flashing a small smile. A girl to the side seemed to snort.
"Or you're just a giant fool, tripping over themselves" she mumbled. Mouse could smell the faint scent of smoke on her. She wrinkled her nose slightly in disgust. There was another guy nearby as well. Doing a mental body count there were 4 guys and 4 girls. Coincidentally even.

Finn, as the Blue-Eyed Boy had newly dubbed himself, turned to look at Oliver as Lighter stomped away in search of food. The taller boy could see it in Finn's eyes that he was making a decision, and, with a resigned shrug, he seemed to have came to his conclusion. Finn hurried away after Lighter, leaving Oliver standing be himself in is sopping wet clothes and the light of the flickering florescents. Then, in thoughts churned out of sheer panic, Oliver came to a conclusion of his own. That conclusion being, despite the fact that the pair of odd strangers frightened him dearly, he really didn't want to be alone right now. Alone meant solitary confusion and unanswerable questions.

Oliver didn't have to run to catch up to the fleeting figures, a few long-legged strides at a moderate pace brought him just a few steps behind the pair. He kept himself at a reasonable distance back, finding it hard to kept proper pace with his shorter companions without feeling like he was walking in slow motion. Oliver had been lost in thought, finding himself staring at the backs of Finn and Lighter with interest, when suddenly Finn was knocked to the floor. The sound of two bodies smacking against the linoleum made him jump out of his skin, taking a half-step back and tensing his muscles, ready to bolt.

However, Oliver hesitated his flee. The person who smacked into Finn, a dark haired girl whom was now getting back to her feet, muttering apologies and offering her hand to Finn in assistance, didn't look like the threatening type at all. Lighter was by far more intimidating, by any stretch of the imagination. This girl, however, just looked normal (Dressed a bit strange, but normal. Then again, Oliver was no expert of that kind of thing), for all Oliver was concerned. As she helped Finn back to his feet, she called over her shoulder into the hall behind her, "I found more people!"

That was when more figures came into view and the panic in Oliver's chest spiked again.

Aside from the girl who had toppled Finn, Oliver counted that there were two more girls and two guys trailing behind. Oh god... Oliver cursed himself mentally for not hanging back at the entrance now. This was a lot of people. Too many people, actually. As they all started to clot together in the middle of the empty hall, Oliver found himself edging toward the lockers that lined the walls, hovering off to the side hesitantly. One the guys, an average sized boy wearing an outrageously colored jersey, was already trying to pick fights with sharp-tongued Lighter. The tension between the two as they exchanged glares could be cut with a knife, but quickly dissipated as the jersey-clad boy turned to the dark haired girl to ask if she was alright.

Standing a few steps away from them, a blonde girl began to try to mediate the situation, "Don't fight, please. It won't get us anywhere and honestly, in a group this small, do you really want enemies? If you went half and half friends vs enemies you'd only have 4 friends!" After a moment, she smiled, turning to Finn, Lighter, and Oliver, and waved, "I'm Lemon."

Mustering up some courage he had on very short supply, Oliver decided that being a wallflower was going to get him nowhere fast. Out of all the new people, he found the blonde girl, Lemon, to be the most welcoming and probably the easiest to approach. Picking his way slowly and carefully around the edge of the crowd, Oliver offered Lemon his hand, only slightly shaky, talking just above a whisper, "Nice to... Nice to meet you, Lemon." Oliver had his eyes trained on his shoes, and had no intention of raising them, "I'm... Well... I'm calling myself... I'm Trees." He managed to finished lamely.

God, he must have been a blast at parties before all of this.

Charlotte "Splat" Montgomery

Splat blindly followed Lemon out of the cafeteria, but kept shyly at a safe distance behind. She felt more comfortable this way; blending in, following someone else obediently...it seemed like she had done this a lot in her life so far. She glanced curiously ahead once they reached where Mouse was and saw that she and an unfamiliar boy were on the floor. She smiled in slight curiosity as they regained their bearings before looking to the new additions to the strangers in the building; a seriously intimidating looking girl with fiery red hair, a guy with a tree tattoo, and another guy that Splat stared at longer than she should've. Charlotte's cheeks flushed when she realized this and turned to look instead at the other members of the group.

She watched as a few introductions were made and stood politely and quietly at where she was, not having enough confidence to speak up and say who she had dubbed herself as. Charlotte was perfectly fine staying as invisible and out of the spotlight as possible, and fidgeted shyly with the bottom of her cardigan while the others went back and forth with each other. She glanced up every so often to follow the conversation and show interest, but the ever-growing group made her feel more uncomfortable with each additional member, seeing as she didn't know any of them. This made her uneasy of her surroundings and the fact that the clocks were all frozen certainly didn't help either.

Finn glanced over his shoulder at Trees, glad that the tall fellow had ended up coming with them. Finn wasn't quite sure how long he would be able to handle Lighters blunt and snarky remarks by himself. He gave the wet teen behind him an appreciate smile before turning back around. As they walked through the cold deserted hallways of the school, Finn noticed how the few clocks they came in contact with, weren't working. How weird.... Had time actually stopped or just the clocks? Had they been placed in some warp black hole or something? Everything about who they were, had been erased. Was this a good thing or a bad thing? A blessing or a curse?

Finn clutched his head as a headache began to resurface, thinking about anything before waking up in the library made his brain scream. Finn tried to shake the pain away as he shut his eyes beginning to concentrate on the things he knew for a fact. Concentrating so hard that he was completely unaware of the person in front of him. Well before he was on the ground.

Finn stared up into green eyes. "Oh shi-I'm sorry." The girl on top of him immediately stood up, glancing behind her as she spoke. "I found more people." Her eyes returned to his. "The floors, terribly slippery." She gave him a smile and extended her hand. Finn gave a short nod, "I knew it couldn't have just been my charm that made you fall into my arms." The blue eyed boy laughed awkwardly, returning the lame attempt at a joke and rubbing one of his arms that had been crushed between their bodies while he had tried to continue to hold his book.

"Or you're just a giant fool, tripping over themselves." Finn glanced over at Lighter who stood off to the side, he groaned inwardly feeling the need to apologize for her words as a male came stomping out of some door. It seemed like Lighter and the guy in the football jersey would definitely bump heads the way he stood up to her.

"You alright, love?" The dark haired male asked the girl, his caring tone and worried eyes, making Finn think the two were an item. "You okay?" The boy asked now addressing Finn, only getting a small nod in response.

Finn stared at the two out stretched hands. One from the girl who he had run into and one from the football player. Quickly tucking his book under his armpit he took both, hoisting himself up.

"Thanks." He nodded looking around, while on the ground he had missed quite a lot. A girl with golden blonde hair, named Lemon, Finn thought he caught while on the ground, stood by Trees introducing themselves.

It seemed like a lot of people now occupied the hallway, Finn noticed as his eyes passed over a girl with dark brown hair standing near the back. His eyes immediately returned to her, and he couldn't stop himself from staring. She was absolutely beautiful, her hazel eyes were shyly fixated on the ground and every so often, she would glance back up, but Finn could never seem to catch her gaze. Though he had no idea what he would do if he did catch it. Probably make an absolute fool of himself.

Finn turned back to the girl he had run into regrettably tearing his gaze from the shy girl in the corner.

"You wouldn't happen to know your names would you?" Finn asked doubtfully remembering that the blonde headed girl had called herself Lemon.

"Okay slow down Casanova, I'm not your love" she laughed slightly before awkwardly waving to the the group of people they had met. She looked as the people introduced themselves, the girl that had called her a fool spoke up as well.
"Lighter" she said with a sigh, making Mouse raise her brow. She patted herself off and smiled at boy she fell on.
"It could have been the charm. You defiantly radiate girl magnet"
she humored, patting Captain on the shoulder.
"Chill out, I have the strangest feeling I've been called worse than a fool" she said, her eyes darting to give Lighter a annoyed glare. To the man that named himself Trees she questioned how he got his name. Tree humping possibly. She shook the thought. At least her personality remained in tact despite her lost memories.

Mouse smiled over at Lemon about the name comment. With the realization none of these people probably had their memories either - or knew there names, Mouse was a bit more reassured.
"I swear if my name is Agnes or Eleanor, I'm going to jump off the roof of the school" Mouse sighed, crossing her arms across her chest. The Nirvana logo was now covered, but she still had the Modest Mouse C.D. Faintly she heard the sound of rainfall echoing throughout the hallways. Was it raining? It would explained why one of them seemed a bit...wet.

She ran fingers through her dark hair and desperately wished for answers. She didn't feel like a religious person but they all needed a prayer at this point. A needing of being alone crept into Quinn. People felt like a drain on her, though she was the jokester witty tongued girl, she felt as if that wasn't the whole of her being. Parts of her felt dark and missing. It was a strange feeling to say the least. Not knowing who you are, where your from, your mom or dads name, what kind of life is that.

"I'm guessing there are no more people around, and that outside it's pouring" she thought aloud, looking over each of the people critically. Trees was a shy one, it was plain as day. The boy she bumped into seemed to be witty tongued like herself, but she got the vibe that he much rather be alone somewhere. Lighter - well she was just her. A spitfire. Splat looked to be the artsy creative shy type from what she judged so far, and Lemon looked to be a bit of a moral compass.

Charlotte "Splat" Montgomery

Charlotte listened intently as the gorgeous new stranger asked who everyone was, turning towards Lemon. She sighed a small sigh of relief and hugged herself more tightly, wondering about the strange sound resounding above them.

"I swear if my name is Agnes or Eleanor, I'm going to jump off the roof of the school," Mouse had sighed as she crossed her arms across her chest. Splat smiled in agreement, noticing the CD in her hands and the probable reason for the girl's name. She watched as the girl ran her fingers through her hair and looked around in thought, as if trying to figure everything out. Each member in the group had their own ways of trying to decipher what had happened to all of them, and it was interesting to Charlotte to see how each of them showed and voiced their process. Watching people was captivating to her, it was interacting with them that she seemed to have the biggest struggle with.

"I'm guessing there are no more people around, and that outside it's pouring," Mouse went on aloud before looking at each and every member of the group. When her eyes went to Splat, she met her gaze shyly, glad there were more leader-type members in the group than she.

"This is probably really stupid to suggest, but should we go look? Outside, I mean. There might be other places with food or better shelter..." Charlotte rambled and then trailed off. Her voice had started strong and clear but by the end of her sentence was barely above a whisper. Wow, she was terrible at this.
