Personality-
Anna is fierce, bu that's not to say she's unkind. In fact, she is very kind to angels and people with faith. She is, after all, a holy being and her job is to protect and spread good and light. With her enemies, however, she has a stern hand and a cold heart. Mercy is not a word in her vocabulary. If you have betrayed God or done something that in inexcusable, she won't hesitate to take your life (even if that's not in the job description.) She is a very faithful person. Her life IS loyalty to her Lord. She's never known anything else and she doesn't want to. She is obedient and mindful of all tasks at hand. She is not easily distracted and she takes everything with a strict attitude. But in general she is good and kind as an angel should be. She does not question her orders, but she fulfills them in a swift and accurate way.
Appearance-
Anna stands about five foot, seven inches tall on an average day. She has light grey hair that reaches down to her mid back. Her eyes are vibrant red when she's angry and light pink when she's content. It is always very simple to tell her emotion by what color her eyes are. She wears only long dresses and they're most commonly either plain white, plain black or plain red.
She is often known as the Shadow Smile angel or Anna of the Shadow because whenever she fights anyone, or sees someone she wishes to fight, the imprint of a smile seems to be seen on her face (though no one dares ask why.) Her physical form is no very intimidating, but that changes quickly once you meet her. She's mildly frightening, but not intimidating, just because she doesn't have the physical form of what people would normally think of an angel.
She has pale skin, pale as the clouds and the heavenly place she comes from. Her skin has no scars on it, because she cannot be scared by any human and no angel nor demon has ever put a hand on her. Well...there is one. She was born with only one deformity though. A deformity that makes her cringe every time she looks her reflection. She often wonders if God meant to give her this, or if in her creation there was an accident.It starts at her belly button and stretches down in a perfect line to her hip bone. One big, ugly, mangle flesh. Just one scar, and she has no idea how it got there.

History-
It is hard for even Anna to remember her life. The only thing she can remember from her beginning was that one day she simply came to be. It was a beautiful thing. The light, the peace of heaven. But that beauty did not last long. God created Earth and the flawed creatures on it. But nevertheless she loved them, because God loved them. She found the beauty of the world unimaginably wonderful and her favorite past time was to watch the humans evolve and develop emotions that she herself could not identify. And with humans in all of their flawed glory came demons. Deceitful, malevolent creatures. Anna hated them with her whole heart and could never comprehend their reason for existence. Such scum had no place in this beautiful universe.
She was raised as an angel, to fight like an angel and obey like and angel. Her love of God is the only think she has ever known and that's never been a problem to her. He is her savior and she looks to him for guidance in all things and will obey him without question. She has always loved being on earth and would go down to visit as often as she could when she got a free moment. Even when she had a task to fulfill there it never dampened her spirit. Just the air and wind and all the things they didn't have in heaven made it right.
But, as time went on, the earth changed, and with it so did Anna. The humans fought wars and killed each other. They hurt their dear planet. They burned it and slashed it. How could they do such a think to such a beautiful place? She didn't understand. She couldn't understand. Is this what God wanted? As the humans grew crueler and crueler and evil spread, Anna changed. Sure, she was still the kind angel that loved them, but she couldn't stand the evil. Her heart grew to stone whenever she saw an evil act or identified an evil person. Redemption would be impossible for them, so they belonged in Hell. And maybe she just helped them get there. She only ever wanted the beautiful, peaceful world back.
