Kiyoshi Kurou is actually very kind for everyone inside his squad but he hates everyone else and will be very annoying against other captains because he likes to see them angry. What no one knows is that there is a reason for him acting like this.

Shikai: uses his shikai to let his victim feel a great pain. Because of this the victim will not be able to think right and will sometimes even collapse from it. The pain is real and it can be as painful as Kiyoshi wants it to be but Kiyoshi can’t kill anyone with his shikai ability. He uses his shikai most of the times to place a great disadvantage at his enemy and slash him with his sword when he is under the shikai effect. (Can only be used on 1 person.)
bankai: No one has ever seen Kiyoshi using his bankai yet but there is a rumor that Kiyoshi’s bankai is something like his shikai but it is able to kill someone in a painful dead and Kiyoshi will be able to attack more than 1 enemy at a time.

Kūkanten'i A forbidden spell. It is a spell that will teleport a specified portion of space from one point to another, transporting even other active Kidō spells.

History: Kiyoshi Kurou once was a normal soul living Rukongai till his soul parents where eaten by a hollow. The shinigami’s who killed the hollow took Kiyoshi with them. At the age of 20 Kiyoshi was able to achieve the lieutenant rank of squad 4. He thought that this squad was full of weaklings so he trained himself so that he could become stronger then the captain of squad 4. After 10 years training Kiyoshi challenged the captain for the title of captain and he won this battle. For 5 years now he is the captain of squad 4 and the squad now specialises in combat and torture.
