Growing up in an industrial town in Michigan, Jayna was raised by her mother and father, both immigrants to the United States. Having no extended family in the continent, her family was very close-knit, and remains that way currently. Her childhood life was relatively normal, developing a passion for dance as a child. She succeeded in ballet, finding it to be her passion and her 'call' in life. She danced until she was sixteen, when an unfortunate fall left her with a broken leg and a shattered career. The year-long break that ensued meant she fell out of practice; her fall from what had been her life had been a hard burden to bear, and in the later years of highschool she allowed her life to crumble.
Spending more time away from home than at home, she got into partying and drugs in her senior year. Failing final exams, she was forced into repeating the year again, although not much had changed. She made money dealing, getting involved in crime and becoming a middleman for a dealer. The job was risky, and she had come close to danger more times than she'd liked, but it was good money. Her first car has been a Toyota Corolla, given to her by her parents the year before, but she soon decided to save up for a car she could race with. Being involved in her town's underground meant she saw small-time races, but nothing like what she dreamed of.
Attempting to pull herself up by the bootstraps, Jayna made her way to Detroit, taking a couple years of school for a degree in office administration and landing a solid 9-5 job. Working a desk job wasn't what she intended to do with her life, but it gave her enough money to take care of herself. She was clean while in college, but quickly got involved in drugs and dealing again. She learnt a bit about the streets as a dealer, but stayed out of gang relations and kept her transactions small-time. Eventually, she ended up with enough cash to purchase her Skyline; the first car with any power she has owned.
