Personality

This guy is clumsy. As clumsy as one can get. He trips and falls on plain ground, drops plates and can't manage a lance to save his life. But although that happens, he is great with a bow and horse riding too, as well as fire and wind manipulation.

Clumsy and also naive, it is his way of life. If Katrin wasn't around, he would probably be dead by following a random guy into the dark because they offered him candy. He doesn't believe that there are bad things in the world, everything is rainbows and shine to him. This pisses people off most of the time.

He can't stand being quiet for long, and hates silence and quietness, and he loves going to places where he can hear the chirp of birds. He also holds people he likes close to him, often holding on a memento from them to be always together.

Equipment

While the Arsen would most likely use wooden or lava rock lances, Tag uses a bow for hunting. This bow is made of hardened wood and animal nerves for the string, and the arrows are pretty weak compared to the lances. Tag has learned to use this for the best, as he can disable his foes with ease. He carries a short bone knife around for minor stuff, although since he is clumsy he often gets cut with it.

He has also learned to use his pet eagle Katrin as a weapon, as she will answer to his very call, even if she was never trained to do so.

History

The Arsen tribe is one of the best when it comes to fire manipulation. That's what Tag has been told since birth, and that's what he will believe till death. Their skills with fire are very limited, though, as it can only be fire that is storming (firestorm, quick-fire, whatever), and to quick it up you need a lot of focus. Fortunately firestorms are common near the volcano the Arsen live around.

Tag was born to the chief of the tribe and his first concubine. Since the wife wasn't able to have any children, he is the first in line to being the heir, as the Arsen are too lazy to define new chiefs every time one dies. And since he is the first child and so clumsy, there are many concubines after his life for their children to rise in the line. Fortunately he has high evasion skills so he has never been hurt before. And doesn't really notice either.

Since he was five and the murder attempts started, he has always been surrounded by at least two people. Mother or his personal, ten years old guard as well as best friend, Koel. Since Koel was a 'prodigy hunter', mastering the lance at six, he began teaching Tag how to properly wield a lance and later, as it was noticed he couldn't balance the thing no matter what, the ways of the bow and horse riding.

One day, around five years ago, when he was walking around the small pond that serves as the water source of his whole tribe, he found a small eagle hatchling with a broken wing, and took it home to take care of her. When he tried to set hear free after she was all better, she came back again and again and thus Tag decided to have her around. She has been with him since then.

The last fullmoon of his 16 year, his mother and a few other people were buried, as the Arsen bury their dead only once a month under the fullmoon while drinking fire liquor and clear water (only Tag does that). Since then, he has been the source of more stares than usual as it was said his mother suffocated in her sleep and the only one who can control wind in more ways than to just quicken fire, is him.

Now, at 17, he managed to fall and pull on Koel's braid as he fell (this is the Arsen way to confess). So since whenever he walked around people called out to him, asking when will he marry the guy, he decided it was time to take a break traveling with his eagle.

And here we are.
