Suzume just jay there, curled up in a ball.
Go away, Avaron.. She tried to say. It isn't safe for you here..
Suzume shivered slightly, and it all seemed peaceful for a moment. She couldn't feel any blood on the floor any more, and her hair was wet with only water.
Stopping and looking up slightly, Suzume couldn't help but notice the blood scent fading away, and the bathroom returning to it's original beauty.
"I-I.." Suzume couldn't quite get the words out, her face turning a deep red. "It's.. W-was just a small panic attack.. M-Miss.. Sorry for disturbing you.."

Avaron shook her head, "It's not like you to have a panic attack," she said. She ran over to her and helped her up, "And besides you're not disturbing me. Actually I was hoping you might be able to explain some more what's going on? Why didn't my parents tell me Takashiro wasn't human? And what about the others, who else isn't human?"

She walked over and sat down on the counter looking at Suzume with silvers eyes that were crowded with questions. She let her slightly blood soaked hair slide down her shoulders leaving snail trails along her shoulders.

Suzume bit her lip.
"All of them. No-one is human." She put her hands behind her back, as though also trying to hide something. "We're all youkai." Looking up and shaking her hands, Suzume smiled slightly. "It's no big deal, really. We're just stronger, and able to protect you more efficiently~"
Suzume swallowed loudly, and she waited for her response.

"I understand." Are we in over our heads this time? Evaleena thought to herself. " If this Bingwen were here do you think we would be able to take him all together? Are you even in a condition to fight?"

Avaron just stared at Suzume. "All, except one, are...youkai?" she asked. She put her head in her hands. All this time and she was none the wiser. She who was supposed to be the observer who knew most anything about a person, didn't know this one important fact. "How could I've not known?" she whispered to herself. This was all a little too much for her even though like her father she loved myths, she just never thought it would be real for some reason.

She jumped down from the counter muttering a, "I have to go," before running out of the bathroom and heading back to her room not even remembering that the door was locked, at least not till she got there and jiggled the doorknob a little. In the end she just sat by her door her head on her knees and her arms covering it as tears gently rolled down her numb cheeks.

A small shadow found it's way across Suzume's face as she looked at where Avaron ran away.
A-Avaron..? She tried to say. W-Was it something I said..?

Darkness cloud Takashiro's face as he thought about Evaleena's question then he just let out a sigh as he sat on the bed, now stained lightly with his blood, as looked at his wounds." No I dont believe so even at my best I could hardly touch him and that was with him holding back. he, unlike the others, is a pure warrior uncaring for money; power; or fame. All he cared about was perfecting his skills and took any chance he could to do so. Funny in a way i use to hate him for it but now I knew it was cause I wanted to be just like him." he said throwing himself back into the bed feeling the weight of it all down upon his shoulders." Am I in a fighting form? No not at all but I dont have a choice, they aimed at you all and I will not allow them to do so again. if I am to die So be it but I will take them with me." He said with venom in his tone as he stared at the ceiling thinking of the feeling he will have when he drive his sword or talons into them. He sat up and pushed himself on to his feet as he looked at the job Avaron did taking care of his wounds and felt he need to go look for her. "Evaleena i will tell you this if you are to be attacked any time soon do no freeze for a second, I dont want any of you to die understand? Not one of you." he said as he struggled to the door and used its frame to hold him up." i have to go take care of something so I will return here shortly see if any of the others ar back yet then bring them here to the clinical wing. We will then plan the next steps." he said as he used the walls to hold him up as he wondered the halls looking for Avaron, poor girl I hope she is taking everything well if not I dont know if I can forgive myself. He thought as he headed towards where her room should be.

When Hiso walked into the room, Yuki turned her gaze to him frowning as blood steadily dripped down his arm. "You're still bleeding, Hiso...We should get that fixed up.." She stated, grabbing his arm then. So much had happened during the past hour or so, that Yuki really didn't care who they were fighting. She just wanted things to be calm. After all, she had just wanted to run that day. Waste some energy. She never intended on getting caught up in this war of Takashiro's, but she figured they would all stick together. Besides, her 'family's' lives were hanging in the middle. And she'd be dammed if any harm came to them.

Yuki led Hiso to one of the chairs, making him sit down. "Stay there." She told him, while walking off to find some first aid items. Once she returned, she held a bowl of warm water, a small first aid kit, and several clothes. Setting those down, she dropped to her knees beside Hiso. "Alright, where is most of the glass?"

As Hiso is forced to sit, his normally chipper attitude comes back into play, "Come now, Yuki, it's not that bad." He watched as Yuki left then returned with a bowl, a smile curled the corners of his mouth. He reached over as if to point to where one of the larger shards was, but instead he just plucked it from his skin with a quick flinch. Blood would flow more freely from the open cut, but nothing too gruesome. He shrugged a shoulder lightly, "I am not going to argue with to a fine lady such as yourself treating me though." He snickered under his breath. "There are a few just scattered around inside my shoulder. I managed to tie off most of the blood flow, so it shouldn't bleed... much."

As Avaron's tears started to slow and she caught her breath, she realized just how much she needed to get out of there. Her head was thinking clearly again so she went to one of the secret doors quickly making her way back to her room. Inside she changed out of her dress and pulled on her only pair of pants, pale light blue jeans, and a clean white wrap-around shirt where she tied the tips in a knot just above her hip, she also pulled her hair up and put on a pair of outdoor shoes.

She also grabbed a bag from her closets, plain and yes white. And put her King Arthur book in it along with her penny whistle and some food and water. She wasn't sure where she would go or if she could make it out of the house unseen by the youkai guards, but one thing was for sure, she was running away.

She went back into the passage making sure the bookshelf door was closed tightly before running in the maze of completely dark hallways. Her shoes, though meant for outside, didn't make any noise. She made it to a door that was hidden by a bush in the back garden. From there she ran to her creek. She stared back at the castle, tears now having completely stopped running down her face, one last time before running off into the woods that were nearby. All she could think was, 'This is it, I'm finally free to do what I want and be who I want. I'm free'.

Evaleena watched as Takashiro left the room. Thats right... We may lose our lives today.
"Well standing around here isn't going to help anything." She said to herself. Evaleena decided to walk around and try to find the rest of the Roses and Violets. Hearing voices Evaleena walked towards a room where she found Yuki tending to Hiro's wounds.
"What happened?" Eva asked,but she already knew someone had attacked them too. At least we'll know who else is here...

Yuki smiled a bit, shaking her head as she dipped the clothe into the water. Ringing it out once, she began to wipe away the blood that was seeping from his wound. "It dosen't look too deep. You might need a stitch or two though." She remaked as she finished cleaning one of his wounds. Once she was done, she gently trailed her fingers along his shoulder, finding the spots that glass was scattered around. Each peice she located, she used a set of tweezers to carefully pull them out, dumping the glass shards into a small tin bowl. Once she was positive all the glass had been removed, she began clearing the wounds carefully. Hearing Eva's voice sound off from behind her, Yuki paused in her actions, turning to face her fellow Violet. "We were attacted by the wind thing..Complete pain in the ass, that guy was." She told the girl, before turning to the task at hand.

Yuki grabbed a couple of gauze pads from the first aid kit, placing them against the bleeding wounds, she then grabbed some medical tape, taping it to stay while she turned to face Eva once more. "Who attacked here? No one seems to be hurt, besides Takashiro, then again I haven't seen Suzume yet, and Avaron just seemed out of it.."

"It's Takashiro's old pals. They want to take him back and it seems they wont take no for an answer. Takashiro got the worst of it though."
Eva watched as Yuki continued cleaning and taking glass out of Hiso's wounds.

Suzume looked up and clenched her fist in mock anger, and let out a smile.
"I'm not going to let this happen to me!" She proudly announced to the wall. "It can try as much as it wants, not going to happen!"
Walking over to the sink again, she gave her face another splash of water. Suzume looked at herself with newly found determination. Her clenched fist was digging into her hand, but she didn't care. Suzume ran out the door and looked for some sort of quick exit. Her eyes fixed on a large church-like window.

Backing up slowly. Running towards the window with forced speed.
CRASH.
The next thing Suzume knew, she was laying on the charcoal-black concrete just outside the bathrooms. Sirens were ringing.
Look at you. Lectured her subconcious. Flipping genius.

Hiso mocked up some agony before Yuki even touched him the the cloth. He flinched and twitched to his most convincing ability before he snickered at his own antic. "I do amuse myself sometimes." He chimed with a slick smile as Yuki pulled out some more of the glass shards. He watched closely as she wrapped and taped the wounds, and he grumbled in an annoyed voice, "Yeah, he was a pain in the ass. The running part is what pissed me off though, I was just about to slit his throat." He just shrugged, "Not like we can change what happened."

Hiso looked alarmed at 'Takashiro caught the worst of it.' He jumped up, "I assume the family is alright though, yeah? If so then I really need to go see the boss." With that Hiso nearly smacked into the wall as he darted from the room. He managed aviod the wall, Oh, thank you, god of luck... He thought to himself as he rushed over to find Takashiro, "Hey boss man, you alright?"

He wondered the halls for a while leaning against the walls for support as he made his way down them. hmm am i weak or was I just unready for such a thing? he thought as he stood against a wall thinking back to his younger days. Jaw-long was never like this before what changed? he shook his head as he figured it didnt matter what it was he knew next time they meet one will not return home. Fine with him he thought as he continued his walk before hearing something outside. he took a look and found himself outside one of the bathrooms with Suzume on the ground under it with broken glass around her. He didnt ask questions but just shook his head as he looked at her, Looks like I am not the only one under pressure he said to himself as he squatted next to her." You are going to the clinic and I will hear no arguments from you ether about it." He said as he move his arms under her to pick her up and force his body, even the weak shape it was, to give him the strength to lift her and carry her to the clinic since he need to head back to it anyways to change his bandages. As he made his way he found Hiso running in the halls looking for him." Over here and good enough I guess, you dont look so good yourself what happen?" he said looking at him." Follow me to the clinic since we are going there anyways.

Hiso blinked then looked at his arm, "Oh, this?" He pointed to the obviously injured arm, "Yuki and I had a run in with that wind thingy... person... Anyway, bastard broke my sunglasses!" He nodded as Takashiro told him to follow, "Anything you say, boss man." He smiled cheerfully, but that soon faded as he saw Suzume, "Here, let me take her, I'm not that hurt." Hiso walked over to try and help take the Violet carefully from Takashiro, "You look pretty banged up. It would be better for me to take her, right?" He asked carefully, trying not to sound like he was being bossy towards Takashiro.

"I see so Feng Di did came then did he?" Did anything happen with him? Like something strange?" he asked as he walked down the hall as Hiso followed. Then he was offered to be relived of Suzume since Hiso was less injured then he was but felt it wasnt right to just let Hiso carry here." Thank you for the thought Hiso but i would feel better taking her there myself. It looks worst then it really is." he lied to Hiso knowing it felt just like it looked but he felt like he owed her one."Hiso how much do you know of the enemy?" he asked wanting to know what he may have been told.

"I'm an idiot." Suzume grinned slightly and rested her head back. "..Huh?"
Tilting her head up slightly, Suzume saw Takashiro walking towards her. He said something, but Suzume couldn't quite make it out, except for the word 'Clinic'. She tried to argue, but couldn't make any words come out. This always happened when Takashiro was around her. He picked her up, and Suzume instantly turned pink. Hiso walked over, and he put his arms close to Suzume as he offered to take her. Suzume turned red, but Takashiro said something, and she dipped her head slightly.

He just continued down the halls with Suzume in his arms with Hiso following. "If your awake you should say something you know." he said without looking down at her."I am not going to ask why you were on the ground under a broken window and it doesnt really matter ether, I will just stay be more careful. Cant afford for you to be out of the action." he said just as they reached the clinic and he laid her on the bed. he walked over to one of the cabinets and took out some gaze and some antibiotic cream to clean her cuts." Ok show me some of your cuts so we can dress them." he said as he sat on the bed next to her.

Suzume averted her eyes while Takashiro told her to talk to him.
A while later, Suzume was layed onto the clinic bed, and Takashiro asked where her cuts were.
"I'm fine, Takashiro~" She forced a smile. "I'll heal. I'm sure~"

Yuki stayed where she was when Hiso mentioned going to find his boss. She wasn't really sure why, but she felt completely drained. Like she was just too tired to move. Letting out a sigh, the girl leaned forward a bit, resting her arms across the seat of the chair, her chin soon coming down to rest on them. Her head was still throbbing from the fall she'd taken, and she could deffinatly feel a bruise forming along the left side of her torso. Ugh..Lovely.. She thought to herself, while she closed her eyes. She figured she'd just rest for a moment, untill the others came back. Several minutes ticked by, and just as Yuki was about to fall asleep, she heard the sound of voices. She knew one of them was Suzume, and th other might have been Takashiro, but she couldn't really be sure. When she heard something about Suzume's wounds, Yuki tried her best to get up. Her boss was hurt, no her friend was hurt. She needed to help in someway, but Yuki felt just too weak to move. Instead she settled with calling out quietly. "Suzume, what happened? Are you alright?"

he saw Yuki enter asking about Suzume's heath." Well she says she is fine and I think she might be but...."He said shrugging as he got up leaving the stuff for her wounds on the bed next to her as he tore of his bandages to change them." Seems today is just not our day is it?" he ask feeling it was just a long funny day."At least Avaron didnt look like she was hurt while the rest of us were." he said looking at those around him." Well is there anything you really want to know about the guy that came after you two?" hew asked looking at Yuki and Hiso as he was dressing his wounds.

Lights flashed across the slightly cloudy sky as thunder lightly rolls through the woods. Alone figure sits on a fallen tree as he watches the lights flash from lightning dancing across the clouds. He sits still with his gear laying on the ground near by just enjoying the sights and sounds of the woods and the sky before he turns his head in the direction of new sounds. He knew something new entered the woods and was in a hurry from the sound of it, be it ether an animal or someone he was going to go see what it was. He slowly go to his feet and grabbed his gear that consisted of a small bag and a long Japanese like blade that he used like a stick to carry the bag over his shoulder. As he took a few steps towards where the sound came from he figured out what the noise was, footsteps and ones there were not use to being in the woods from the careless sound they were making. He then found the source of the footsteps a young girl hastily going deeper into the woods as he kept himself from being spotted he started to follow her a bit before he made himself known. She was pretty if you cared about a thing like that and she seemed unfit to the woods from the look of her. He gave a sharp whistle to alert the girl that he was there before he spoke in a soft, though a bit of a deep cold tone," Who are you and why are you in my woods?" he asked the girl as he gave her a once over with his blue piercing eyes as his long purple pony tailed hair rested on his right shoulder.

Avaron jumped at the sound of a whistle behind her to see a man with purple hair standing behind her.

"Who are you and why are you in my woods?" he asked. Fear coursed through her as she noticed he had a sword, soon her instincts took over and she took off running as fast as she could through the woods. She jumped over logs, stumbled over roots, and tried her best to dodge the trees though more than once her shoulder would slam into a trunk. The tress whispered loudly in this forest, but they weren't coaxing her to run, really she couldn't make out what they were saying at all. Eventually she stopped running knowing she couldn't our run the man and instead hid behind bush, pulling her bag closely to her chest and squeezing her eyes shut.
