Hearing the bell ring , he stood, rushing to shut the blinds on the windows and turn out the lights. He pulled out a candle and lit it for light. Hearing the children scurrying to do the same he smiled at Christina, " Don't worry, that's the curfew bell. The police are going to check to make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. They won't check in here, they never do."
