In the Blue Sea, there is a large island called Nizeroth. Its people are poor and technologically primitive as they live in wooden huts and only have agriculture. The islands population is made up of many villages and small towns. There is a general lack up doctors and because of a population boom, there is the growing fear of food shortages. The islands neither has schools nor universities and roads are still made of gravel. When there are fights between villages, the people normally go at each other with clubs or even bare fists.

But one day, a mysterious foreigner had shown up. She sailed in a boot that let out steam and personally had traces of metal on her body. As she easily overpowered attackers, many of the undereducated islanders viewed her as a goddess or an angelic being. Only the doctors and the people who had left the island before understood some of the technology. The foreigner viewed the villages and convinced the villages to stay peaceful to one another. In a bargain with the village headsmen, they agreed to let the foreigner take a position as a monarch in exchange for help and a complete educational, economical and technological overhaul.

As the castle is being built, the foreigner searches for helpers to easen her work. She promised to take care of them as good as she could and help them acquire the knowledge to maintain equipment and eventually be able to built things themselves. There are some islanders who are opposed to change though and there might not be much time until other nations have their eyes on the island.

Nizeroth: Nizeroth is a large island in the Blue Sea. A trip to mainland is a weeks journey by boat. The people on the island still believe in nature gods and are rather superstitious. There are about 35 villages will 350 people each and ten towns with up to 5000 people. The landscape is mostly green with mountains and patches of forest. Currently the main industries are grain farming, sheep or goat herding and brewing as well as fishing. The planned castle is being erected on a large mountain about four kilometers from the east coast. Currently stands only a stone hut with a low wall.
