Although she would be expected to be quite graceful she in fact is not she often falls and most times can not get back up without some assistance. Calypso is definitely 100% a damsel in distress.

Equipment

A golden apple with "για τον δικαιότερο" engraved across it, the most prized possession of her mother Aphrodite. It was delivered to her on her 14th birthday her half brother Eros (commonly referred to as cupid). Aphrodite gave it to Calypso for turning out to be the most beautiful of all her children, godling or half blood.

History

While Aphrodite was touring the fine french architecture of Louisiana she met a handsome and quite wealthy young actor (Johnathan Everheart), their time together was short but the aftermath was everlasting because it resulted in the birth of Calypso. Calypso being brought up in the way of a prim and proper southern belle was always very elegant and seldom raised her voice or lost her temper (though being the daughter of Aphrodite she had her moments) Calypso traveled deep into the swamps of Louisiana with her father once every year until they would find most beautiful flowery spot in all of Louisiana and their they would pay homage to Aphrodite. Calypso, never thinking oddly of this, had always been told her mother was the most beautiful model who had ever graced the camera, but would never be given a name. Calypso had been told her mother had died in a plane crash from France back to Louisiana when she was a baby. Calypso finally learned the truth when she was 13 years old, she was attacked by Empusa because the creature grew jealous that Calypso was the beautiful daughter of Aphrodite and was more seductive then her. Her father being strong and brave rescued her but did not retain his life, having nowhere else to go she was put on a missing persons list and hidden away in camp half blood where she learned her true identity.

and Since Calypso has no interest and little ability to fight she usually has the most handsome and strapping men she can find do her bidding for her, When Calypso is in real deep and no half blood or mortal can get her out and she cannot help the situation either then she calls on the help of her beloved half brother, the godling Eros, to help her out of the predicament.
