Seiji is thin and pale, appearing to be sickly and essentially useless in combat. His eyes are cold and void of emotion most of the time.

Personality: As stated before, Seiji appears cold and sickly. Due to this, Seiji usually doesn't like talk around others. However, like many of his ancestors before him, Seiji has a highly volatile personality. When angered, he tends to be explosively loud. This can be somewhat surprising for those that aren't used to Seiji. However to those who know him well, this is just who he is.

Fighting Style: Seiji’s fighting style, known as ‘Tsubame no Sutaffu’ (Staff of the Swallow) has been passed down throughout the Takashi clan for generations. However, the style evolved to incorporate a variety of different weapons dependent on whom the current practitioner was at the time. Seiji’s style, specifically, involves the use of a specially designed umbrella made of a high-class metal-alloy in order to perform a series of intricate high-speed strikes. For reasons unknown, Seiji keeps the fact that he is actually capable of fighting without his weapon a secret from others. This is probably due to his high-level of acrobatic ability gained through years of training.

Techniques: Swallow Strike: The signature technique of the Tsubame no Sutaffu Style. In this move, Seiji quickly takes hold of his umbrella in a manner akin to that of holding a billiard cue and makes a series of high-speed strikes to his opponent.

Disappearing Act: Another common move Seiji uses. This move involves moving in close to the opponent and quickly opening the umbrella. Then, using Seiji’s advanced level of acrobatics, he flips over his opponent and attacks them from behind.

Destruct Sequence: A move Seiji has yet to reveal to anyone. As its name suggests, Seiji can only use this move once in a fight. Activating this causes Seiji’s body to move purely on reaction to his opponent’s movements. However, this causes Seiji’s muscles tremendous strain and can cause them to tear if the fight isn’t finished in a relatively short amount of time.

He also has a variety of techniques that don’t involve a weapon, but as with the rest of his Umbrella Techniques, these will be revealed at a later time.

History: Seiji’s clan have been travellers and acrobats for many generations, and specialize in making the body as fluid as possible. As the clan progressed, the practitioners of Tsubame no Sutaffu have mastered a variety of different weapons such as staffs, canes, and Seiji’s umbrella. The technique, however, skips generations and therefore Seiji’s father never could learn the techniques himself. Due to this, Seiji’s father didn’t quite understand his son’s passion for martial arts, and instead lived his own life as an Archeologist. He often sent books home to Seiji, who spent the vast majority of his time with his Grandfather, learning the ways of Tsubame no Sutaffu Style.

He decided to attend the Academy for purposes he doesn't reveal, but he does make it quite obvious he is against the Student President.

Items: Seiji doesn’t carry much besides the required school supplies, but he can also be seen with one of many different books from his father’s travels.
