General Description:
Emma's body is nothing glamorous, in fact, it's utterly human. With an unassuming height of 5'1 and a body that is underweight, Emma appears to be small and weak. She is still growing though and is actually quite strong despite her small frame. Emma has short, choppy, raven black hair that falls to her shoulders. You can usually find her wearing it up in pigtails to keep it out of her face. Emma's eyes are a beautiful blue that look like pieces of the ocean trapped inside of her skull. Her skin is milky white, almost porcelain and gives her doll-like complexion.
{Adventurous, Trouble Maker, Naive, Adorable}
A hyperactive fourteen-something that knows how to utilize her weapon; Emma is both one of the most dangerous and adorable girls you will ever meet. She has this aura about her that seems to make others excited and can have you bouncing on your feet about nothing at all. While she sometimes stutters when frustrated, Emma never falters and will always stand up for what she believes in. She can be rather loud, but knows when it's time to quiet down and listen. Emma is also very good at recognizing when she isn't wanted somewhere or is bothering someone. She can get easily frustrated and occasionally will throw a temper, but doesn't everyone?

Weaknesses:
The dark, Bugs, Being alone
Being born to a rich family can be an awful burden, or at least that's what Emma believes. Her friends never realized this though and would often laugh when Emma complained, wondering how she could say such things when she had everything she could ever want. Well yes, to an outsider it would appear that way however Emma was lonely. Her parents were never home, they had a nanny to replace them and her older brother was a failure who had flunked out of college and was living in the basement attempting to sell the half ass video games he created. Emma had always wanted to get out of her home, but there was nothing special about her and she had no hobbies or talents that stood out.
It was on her twelfth birthday that the letter from Chintanami prep school came. Excited, Emma believed her life was going to change for the better; however when she showed her parents they protested heavily and did everything they could to keep her from accepting. Emma's father was an elemental, her mother was a human and they both believed that she was making the worst mistake of her life, in fact they would have preferred if she disappeared in the middle of the night then go to that school and Emma wasn't sure why.
Regardless, she did not want to die and so she accepted. The first month of prep school was hell. Emma was clutzy, had no sense of coordination and hurt herself more with every weapon then the targets. It was in her third month that things began to turn around as she discovered the mini cannon. A beautiful piece of machinery that felt like it was part of her, she went from the class zero to being among one of the top students. It was an amazing turn around, one that most of the teachers and students could not believe. Most thought that she had aligned with an alchemist and was getting some sort of magical assistance, but no, Emma had finally discovered her calling.
Emma absolutely loved her first year in Chintanami Academy. She was in the Beta dorm and made many friends of all species. Magic enthralled her and while she was easily influenced by those who could wield it, Emma knew when trouble was brewing and would distance herself from those attempting to use her. She never had to kill, thank goodness, although there was a close call with a vampyre who had decided to starve himself until the blood lust became too much.
