Government
The Government is set up in a way that makes it sound somewhat like a Democratic Republic, but in reality it's more of a monarchy, where all of the power is in the President's hands, and when they die the Vice President will take over unless they have a successor. The Nobles are simply wealthy members of the President's court that will do anything to keep them safe.

Vespodil's Resistance
Vespodil's Resistance will take part in missions that will be posted in the OoC if they choose to take them. They're in direct opposition to the Government and will stop at nothing to destroy them. They have special magically embedded weapons to help them fight against primarily demons and the paranormal entities showing up in town, and other weapons to fight against the government.

Civilians
There's no set number for civilians, but I don't want to see too many. Civilians are just members of the city who may join the Resistance, get swayed by the Government, join/start a new force to protest the government, who knows, there are many possibilities for civilians.

Rules

-No godmodding/marysues
-You can have up to 3 characters, HOWEVER, if you make 3 characters one of them will definitely eventually die at a time chosen by you or myself.
-If you choose to only make 2 characters or below, be warned that they still may die, but you have control over whether or not they do.
-This is a mature rp, so expect gore, swearing as long as it makes sense, horror, etc. But let's not take it too far.
-Don't fight in the OoC.
-I have the last say as the GM.
-These rules are subject to change.
-If one of your characters die you may make a new one unless explicitly stated.
-NPC demons and such are controllable by anyone during battle unless explicitly stated, just don't get too carried away c;
