In 2012, the world, fearing the apocalypse, turned into chaos. This, ironically, set off an apocalypse. That was 100 years ago.

Now, a small government has risen up. They are known as The Elite, and what they say goes. Under the orders if the Elite, a police force known as Squad E patrols the streets, stopping people for reasons such as wearing mismatched clothes or having messy hair. They will arrest you, and you are likely to be punished far worse than one should. A curfew has been placed on the city as well. No one is allowed outside of their homes after 9:30 PM or before 7:00 AM. People live in newly made housing blocks, each one containing up to three families of 2-5 people. The Elite's leader, known as The Commander, is a female by the name of Annalissa Cleese. She is the ultimate ruler, and the most dangerous woman in the world. Unbeknownst to her, a group of people have risen up to try to stop her. They live in the ruins of the Statue of Liberty and go by the name Libertine. They plan to put a stop to the Elite and their strict policies.
