Introduction
~The Story: 20 students transfer to a new school at the same time and only one knows why. This group of twenty were chosen to save the world from the Darkness that has taken over the land. Each student has a soul mate and each student is a mythical beast, each bearing an exact tattoo or marking to recognize their spirit. They have to save the Earth and Ebrinalica before it's too late....... Or is it already too late to save their world?

KK laughed with her. He noticed that he didn't let go of her hand yet. He decided not to, for he felt a bit smarter when he is closer to her. "I've heard that the guy firebird was heading to the library for some...stuff..." KK said, sighing. He remembered seeing a black-haired girl who entered the same room as Connal. Both of them had the same auras, and he also saw Snow nearby at that moment. She didn't have a water bottle and some pills when he left her. Maybeshegot it from her bag, maybe not.
"So..." KK began, "do you know about this black-haired girl from awhile ago? The one who looks like a Street Fighter character."

"Unfortunately not." Erin replied with a sigh, rather upset that she hadn't been able to meet anyone else... well sort of like her. But as long as she had another Griffin around, she was almost okay. It was, comforting really. Connal was easy for her to be around. Which was rather weird, but she wasn't going to question it. "Have you met a lot of... others?"
"Stuff?" Snow laughed, lightly bumping her shoulder against his. "What kind of stuff?" She raised an eyebrow, following wherever he chose to go. Because for one she had no idea where they were heading, and if she was in charge of finding anyone they would probably just end up very, very lost. "Connal... couldn't you call him or something?" If he had a phone, she didn't know. Her phone was usually left at home, just because she didn't like to try and carry it around and not lose it. Every time she brought it out of the house, she managed to forget it somewhere. Apparently KK's mind had switched courses, because now he was asking her about the black haired girl from earlier. "Um, she's a Griffin... her and Connal left together I think..."

KK nodded, answering the first and last questions. "I would have called Connal..."he replied, "if I had his phone number." That shot down the second question. He felt Snow's shoulder hit his. Snow seemed to get...happy, if not, a little high. But that thought would have to wait a little.
"Connal just seems to be the guy who knows a lot about...whatever this is..." KK said, "I'm not sure if the firebirds or the foxes know much, or if they'll even talk to us. They could be busy dating right now..."

Her head tilted slightly to the side, as if in confusion. "You don't have his number?" Of course not, he'd pretty much just told her that. "Oh, well I don't have anyone's number either. I'm sorry." He hadn't really asked her though, but she thought it would just be useful to tell him. But, then it probably wasn't very helpful considering she'd just told him that she didn't have any of their numbers. "But you're right, he's really smart..." Finally hearing what he last said, her eyes widened. "Dating? Erm, why would they be dating?" A nervous laugh escaped her and she could feel the heat rising in her cheeks.

"Not before toady." Connal rolled his eyes up slightly exasperated by the memory of meeting everyone earlier. "I never even met another Griffin, and only had one or two run ins with Adults of other kinds. But then, when I came to this school, I met two Dragons, two Thunderbirds, two Nine Tailed Foxes, a Phoenix, and possibly a fairy. I don't know what happened to her, someone else started talking and took her away before I could find out anything. it was quite odd." He paused for a moment and looked directly at her. "One of the Dragons said that there were twenty all together, and so far all of the pairs have been male and female. Some of them already think it is fate and have fallen into infatuous love with their counterparts."he added the last part with a chuckle, "But anyway, that was what I was talking about when you came into the classroom and I complained that no one was there, everyone had left one by one seconds before."
"Hey, Angel. What are those books about? I have read most mythology books, that one doesn't look familiar."

Angel slid the book over to her and Lilith smiled, it was so pretty. The cover was red with an intricate gold design going across, their were multiple mythical creatures all around the cover and in the very center stood a tall dark figure. Lilith couldn't quite make out what it was, but she assumed it was the shadow Angel was talking about. She couldn't really think of anything o say at that moment, all that came out was a little, "Cool."
After a minute in silence Lilith turned to Angel. "So, you gonna answer my questions about this weird tattoo now? It is really freaking me out."

Angel quickly remembered about what he was going to tell her when Lilith reminded him about the tattoo.

"I don't know..." KK said, one of his eyebrows raising at Snow's reaction, "They might be trying to...find out more about each other, or...Snow, are you okay?"
That was when KK got another vision. This time, only ELEVEN creatures were seen, and the evil, shadowy army was larger and scarier than they appeared in the last vision. KK had been mistaken.
"I was wrong..." KK said, "I was wrong! There is no traitor! We're just running out of time...running out of time..."

Angel noticed that she was slouching and trying to hide her face behind her hair when she asked him about the girls that kept following him. After thinking about it, he noticed that the thought didn't exactly come to him, but he was uncertain.
"I never really thought about it. I've been avoiding them all day, so the idea of them being weird hasn't come across. Why?"

As soon as Connal said fate, Erin smiled. "Did you know Fate is actually the 'bad' counterpart of Destiny?", she raised an eyebrow as she watched for his reaction. Would he already know this?, or was this one thing that she could say she knew more about than him? "Destiny would be more like... Ezio and Cristina Vespucci, in Assassin's Creed. Fate is more, er, Romeo and Juliet." She shrugged lightly, hoping to steer the conversation away from such... serious things. It wasn't that she didn't want to know about all the happenings and such, but she also wanted to just hang out with him. Maybe, or perhaps she just didn't want to think about it right now.
Snow flushed, realizing that she probably might have sounded a bit too... well, we'll go with awkward, in her reply about the others dating. "Yeah, fine, I'm sorry." Gently biting her lip, she looked down at her hands. Nothing was said until KK's sudden outburst, she hadn't even realized that he was having another vision. Eyes widening, she stumbled a few steps back, and then rethinking she moved back towards him. "You've gotta calm down, what exactly happened?"
Connal thought about what she said for a moment before answering, "I never thought about it quite like that before, but it makes sense. Either way, I don't believe in it. If they all end up marrying each other sometime in the future, then that will have been their choice. Not because they were meant to. In any case, Romeo and Juliette was not so much fate, than it was the ill thought tantrums of two immature children." He glanced up at her and seeing her expression, immediately apologized. "I'm sorry. The concept of being controlled by an invisible force and having no true choice in anything I do makes me rather bitter. And I hate Romeo and Juliette." wanting to change the subject, he quickly continued, "Anyway, I just thought I would mention that there were more of us. I will try to introduce you to them tomorrow if you would like."
Lilith thought about how she'd answer him. "I don't know, they just seem weird to me. Why would a bunch of stupid girls want to follow you around?" Lilith had no idea why, but she was jealous. Did he like any of those girls, or was he just friends with them? Oh shit, why an I so jealous of those moronic girls? Lilith started blushing again, Curse my red cheeks! Lilith hid her face more and pulled her hair closer to her face so Angel couldn't see her at all. She sighed quietly.

KK turned to Snow, his face beginning to calm down. "Remember that vision I had before, he one where there were only 19 of us and I said that the last one was a traitor?" KK said, "I was wrong! The traitor thing was a bad assumption..."
He began walking to the library, his hand still holding Snow's. He didn't realize he was dragging her a bit. "In the vision I had just now, there were only 11 of us. That can't be right, not right at all..."
KK felt the presence of the Firebirds at the library, which is why he headed there. "Get a grip, Kichigai, get a grip..." he told himself repetitively.

"I remember you telling me about it, yes. But-", she was quickly cut off as KK began talking again, and she was actually pretty happy that she didn't have to figure out how to ask him about it. Talking about a vision, wouldn't it probably be awkward for someone? She didn't want to offend him or anything. It was kind of odd, how often these kids were having visions. Hell, she'd never even had one. Or well, she'd had a dream. That was it.
KK continued to drag her along, and she slowly realized they were headed towards the library. Coming to an abrupt stop, she tugged at his hand and willed his to stop with her. "KK, you have got to calm yourself down." Without thinking, her free hand lifted to gently touch his cheek. "If you go in there runnin' around like the world is about to end, they're going to freak out."
The sudden subject of marriage shocked her a bit, and she stepped back a bit. It was just sort of, weird for the conversation about the pairs dating to jump to marriage. Though she gave a slight shrug, frowning slightly. "I like to believe in it. I guess, in a way, it gives people like me a reason to believe. To have hope that it'll get better, some day." Her eyes flickered down to her hands. "Or we'll die, either way it'll end." Well, that was a bit... sad of her. Quickly trying to cover her previous statements up, she looked back up at him and plastered a smile onto her face. "Though I like Romeo and Juliet. Then again, I like any book I can get my hands on." Connal then mentions introducing her to the others, and she grimaced. "No thank you, I don't like people."

"You've got a point there." KK said, returning to his most normal self and stopping. He felt her touch her cheek, causing him to blush a little. But the aura of the firebirds was in the library, and he felt there was something there that was interesting.
"Well, I guess I better relax before I get in there..." KK said, heading for the library and sat, resting his back on the wall. He let go of Snow's hands a few seconds ago but he felt nothing about it. "Gosh, what a day..." he said.

"The end is nothing more than the beginning. It gives you something to look forward to during the dark times. Kind of like Christmas. It is always chaos and stress in preparation, but on Christmas morning, you finally get to open your present. I suppose that is a terrible analogy, but it is the best I can come up with for how I feel about death on the spot."
Hearing her last comment, he answered, "Perhaps that is because you have never met any of our kind before. I had a hard time growing up alone. I had human friends, but I was still always the different one. even the other kids knew I was not normal, but none of them knew why. But it feels different when you are with others like us. Almost natural. I won't make you meet them, but I would suggest it."

Erin snorted in a rather unladylike manner, shaking her head and rolling her eyes. "Sure. Unless every Christmas you ever had was filled with tears and screaming." This was true, save for her first Christmas. Which of course she didn't remember, she was barely mumbling baby words when the snowy holiday had rolled around. Her second Christmas consisted of her father and mother fighting, the third made their divorce official. Now, whenever they had to come together for the holiday, it was usually filled with fighting and her mother crying. A lot. And trying to talk to Erin about it, which could be rather annoying. "I still don't want to meet them. Believe me, I don't like any people."
KK pulled away from her and she sighed, dropping both her hands back to her sides and following him. It seemed that she wasn't the only one that pulled away anytime something got serious. When he sat, she remained standing, unsure of what to do. The firebirds were around here somewhere, probably in the seating area. "Um, do you want me to go find the birds or something?" Or maybe I could just leave now...

So it seems Yoko hasn't posted for some time. That makes it a bit hard for me to participate. Not sure if Yoko is just busy, it being the Christmas season and all, or if Yoko simply doesn't post much. Guess I'll just keep waiting for a response to my last post then.

well a shadow is just that, a shadow there evil and can go anywere they want there very hard to kill and look like well, a shadow basicly

Could you explaine the shadow? just calling something shadow is way too broad, that could be practically anything and I'd like to know what you intended it to be before I claim it.
