*Boom!* Rayce was chucked out the back door he had quietly came in a few minutes ago. He hit the wall hard with his back bouncing like a ball. He had blood running down his face and he was breathing hard, three big asian men walked out the door laughing. "Haha pathetic. You know we could turn you into the police, stealing our food, what do you think boys?" The front man asked to the left one. "Ahh no boss, we should teach him a lesson of our own." "Now I like how you think Jim." Said the font man cracking his knuckles. Rayce laughed in between breaths as he slowly pushed himself up to stand. "You.....you guys ain't nothing but common thugs." Rayce said putting up his hands and acting like he was ready to fight. Blood running down his face as a drop feel across his eye. His legs were weak and arms were tired from the fighting inside the kicthen. The front man nodded to the one who hadn't speaked yet and he walked forward. The man swung at Rayce and Rayce ducked coming up with a uppercut hitting him dead in the sweet spot. The man fell knocked out as the still weak Rayce bobbed having used up more energy. Jim came up and hit Rayce dead in the stomach making Rayce fly back to the wall and bounce again. Rayce coughed up some blood and started laughing again. His weak arms pushed on the ground wobbling like they were made out of water. Rayce even slower this time stood up and struggled to put his hands up. The middle man laughed, "Wow! Hey Jim maybe we should hire this kid, hes quite the fighter!" Rayce huffed and puffed but ran at the middle man and tried to punch him again. The man grabbed the fist and kneed Rayce in the gut agian as Rayce fell once more. There was no laughing from him this time but like clockwork he rose again. The middle man was just curious now, no laughing by him either. "Kid you've taken your beating, stay down and wake up tommorow." Rayce just shoke his head breathing hard as he raised his eyes to look at the man. Rayce still threw his fist, hard and fast, but the man still caught it. "Why do you keep getting up kid, don't you want to live and do something tommorow?" Rayce spit out some blood and looked the man in his face. "I-I'm...gona be....a hero... and heroes... d-don't quit." The big man just looked back at the kid holding his fist. He let the fist go and nodded tword Jim to go inside as they left Rayce struggling to stand in the moonlight. The man oppend the door again and put what look liked a small box of rice on the doorstep. He looked at Rayce, "Don't come back." He said closing the door. Rayce stumbled over and picked up the box as he sat down in the allely. He slowly ate the box making sure his stomach could hold it. When he finnished he stumbled off into the night.
6:30 A.M. Rayce's make-shift home top of sonite tower
Rayce headed back to his matress and small stack of books that he called home on top of the tall skyscraper. The great thing about his home is that no one could get there without his skills. There was no door from the tower the only way to get to it was to be a free runner like him, he had to climb 3 fire ecscapes, jump 2 buildings and climb a few ledges to get to it, but man was it worth it. He was on the second tallest building in the city, the almost best view possiable. He wished he could get to the tallest building next to him but it had a door which mean people could go there anytime. He tried once but the people who worked there, they wern't normal. They just had something about them, Rayce sat on his bed as he recovered from his fight earlier. Luckily for him he was a quick healer, he didn't know what it was but those hits he took felt like he just tripped now, it was always this way. Rayce got up to look at the sunrise on the other side of the building, he smiled rubbing his neck as he wacthed the beautiful city come to life. He looked to his left to the tallest building and was shocked. There stood on the roof was a man in a suit and fadora. The only man that came up there was a girl with brown hair and he never understood why because while she was up there she just looked at the horizion. This man was new why was he there? Rayce hide behind some pipes wacthing the man. he stood there for a long time, barley moving. His hat started to fly away and the man snapped, the hat came back to him! Rayce fell backwards. "What the hell is this guy?!" Rayce was scarred but so interested and came back to his peeking spot. For a few more minutes he stayed were he was, then the unspeakable, the man jumped. Rayce ran to the edge to see where he landed but didn't see anything. How was that possiable the man would have splattered the cement. He caught a glimpse of the fadora walking into the building. Rayce had to find out what this was about. Rayce got to ground level and walked to the building, this would be his first time entering but he didn't care. He was fearless in his mind and ready to fight if he had to. Rayce walked hrough the doors to see the two big guys in suits at the desk. Rayce walked up to them, "Can I help you sir?" the man asked as Rayce looked up to them. He took a deep breath and grinned to himself, "I'm here for the man in the fadora."

(That elevator is the only way into the building? I have to get into there.)
Rayce was thinking on how he could get into that elevator without being noticed. Just like that a light bulb went off in his head. He turned to the girl to his right hugging her.
"Oh sis, were never gona get to see dad. That bastered took away our right to have a father growing up and all I wanted was a explanation." grayson winked at her as he turned to the gaurds. "Sir you saw that man in the Fadora, that man was our father. This is the first time we've seen him in years sir, YEARS! I-I just have to take a minute."
Rayce said walking away tword the elevator. He nodded at the woman hoping she would keep them distracted, as Rayce went over to the elevator. "Please don't bing." Rayce said to himself as he hit the button and luckiely, no noise. Rayce went in and just saw a key spot, when you live on the streets for a few years you learn to keep a lock pick on you. As Rayce dug around in the pick he saw the girl keeping the attention of the men. Rayce heard a click and it turned as Rayce held the door open he waved to her trying to signal that the elevator was ready.

It was startling, or it would be, if anyone who knew Saoirse from the past were to see her now. She used to be such a kindhearted person, but that had all changed since they all turned her back on her. They all knew how she was, a peaceful individual, she never would have killed another angel, it was completely out of character for her. Yet, here she was, no one seemed to think much about her innocent behavior. An angel was dead and everyone believed she was to be blamed for the slaying. Did Haze ever think she was being falsely accused? A wave of hot jealousy rippled through her body and she shuddered at the feeling. She'd looked up to her brother so much, but not even he appeared to be in favor of proving her innocence.
She didn't doubt that he was probably doing great things in her absence and that was what pained her the most. She wanted to be praised and have others looking up to her, but did anyone even remember who she was anymore? This was how Saoirse spent a great deal of her time, brooding over the events of her past. There was only one thing she craved now, it wasn't glory or being the object of someone's fascination; all Saoirse wanted was revenge. Her body shook involuntarily as she envisioned murdering the one's who threw her out of Lucis. A crooked smile played across her features and an unexpected laugh escaped her lips. Soon enough she would get her revenge and it would hopefully satisfy the bloodlust within herself.
"I can't be forgotten so easily. I have a feeling, soon enough I'll be able to have my revenge."
