Personality:
Emilia prefers to be alone after she figured out her parents were murdered. She doesn't trust anyone anymore, could you blame her? She believes she can fight and fend for herself instead of putting her life into the hands of a stranger, especially in these dark times. She has a burning sense of independence and refuses to be taken care of by anyone else. This may be dangerous, but she's a headstrong being, who once her mind is set on something, won't turn back. Emilia will stop and take the time to help out others, she isn't heartless, if you're in need she won't hesitate to lend you a hand, but that's only if you really need it, since people are so deceptive these days. She does think people should learn to defend themselves, since she can't always be there to help, and even when she is there's no guarantee she can really lend you a hand anyway, she's strong but there's obviously those out there stronger. She is really mature for her age, she looks seventeen but at times acts like she's sixty. The only people she has come to trust are those who were cast out with her.

Background:
Emilia's parents always loved her and would do anything for her. They would put themselves in danger before their precious little girl. That is until the day came for them to turn her into a Vice. Viktor wanted to see how far his top scientist would go, and figured they were the perfect test subjects. They didn't want to, but it was either turn her into a Vice or Viktor would have them all killed. Her parents much rather her be alive then dead. The day came for them to turn her, but they did something to make sure she would still be a normal child. When Emilia was eleven they turned her, only they didn't tell Viktor about their 'mistake'. It would have gotten them all killed if he had known they changed the chemicals that they injected Emilia with. One day while no one was by the outer Moscow walls, they slipped through with Emilia close by them. After a short distance they went into a Dead Zone; to leave Emilia there. They figured it would be safer for her to be in a Dead Zone than be in the New Moscow. They found a cue trying to go against Viktor and they figured it would be better for her to be with them. Emilia's parents left her in the care of the cue, and headed back to the city before Viktor noticed. It was too late by the time they got back someone had told Viktor and he wasn't having anyone else follow suit, so he had them execute each other. Emilia never knew of this so she grew ill will towards them. No one knows about her parents so she never knew herself. She has stayed with the same group up until she was seventeen. She has grown close bonds with her friends now, and she wants to find her parents, so she want's to help take Viktor down. It's in her blood after all. Emilia is on the quest to find her parent's and take Viktor down.

Emilia can't wait for the day to see her parents again. She loved them dearly, and wouldn't know what to do if something had happened to them. She hates being a Vice, but she learned to deal with it and use it to the best of her abilities. With her friends she knows she can do anything. She also can't wait to see Viktor fall for everything he has done.
