Personality: Being one of the youngest chairmen doesn't mean she is naive and unaware of what to do. She can be very cruel, but usually it is only on her job. It takes little to get her angry, but also little to make her happy. She as Attention Deficeit Hyperactivity Disorder, so many people, especially in New Mosco, believe she is a bad chairman. She actually does very well at her job, despite getting distracted and being hyper.
Background: She was born into a family of three, and by the time she was seventeen a family of six. She was very hyper as a child, and was neglected by both of her parents. Her older brother usually took care of her, especially when she was sent home from school from getting in a fight or writing mean things. When she turned fifteen, she became very cruel at times, but was very gifted in Academic Arts. She graduated from college at age nineteen and studied business and politics. She ran for German chairman, and after two elections she was selected to be the chairman. Her main goal is capturing the runaway Vices with free will.
