Brynadette Am??lie Athyn is a happy girl with a big smile - though things for her haven't been easy, she tries her best to keep going. She's just unaware that she's got a demon inside...
Bryn is one of those people that you have to talk to at least once in your life - she has one of those personalities that is far from perfect, yet somehow pulls you in. The girl likes to laugh more than anything in the world, and cracks jokes whenever possible. She thinks being able to laugh, no matter the situation, is a very important trait, and as such keeps up with the laughter. She always seems to have some sort of smile on her face. She's rather old fashioned in her idea that everyone should be kind to everyone else. Thats why she just doesn't understand why people don't like her...
Her demonic side is drastically different though. She smiles still, but the smile has something else behind it - something malicious and hateful. Its even got a bit of a cocky edge to it. She still laughs, though the laugh isn't exactly a happy one... Its more of a satisfied laugh now. And she doesn't care what the others think - she's even got a fiery hot temper to match. She plans on getting back at all of those who have hurt her, and if that means killing them, she doesn't really see a difference at all...
Bryn doesn't feel the need to have any weapons with her...
Her demon side loves the idea though. As such, she carries around a jeweled dagger in the shape of a cross - she keeps that tucked into the inside of her boot. She also wears a cross necklace that is sharp enough to be deadly.
Bryn is a girl from a split family - her mother and father split when she was younger. Her father took her brother with him, and her mother kept her, so she really didn't get a chance to know her brother too well. Since she doesn't see him anymore, she really has grown apart from him and her father...
When Bryn came home from school one day, her mother noticed that her daughter had cuts and bruises all over her; she asked what happened, and Bryn just answered that she had accidentally hurt herself, and that she would be fine. Her mother knew that this wasn't so, but didn't push the subject any further. Bryn never brought it up either, and figured that her mother just didn't need to deal with it... that she would deal with it on her own. And since her mother never brought up the subject again, even though her daughter would come home with fresh cuts and bruises often, Bryn figured that she just didn't want to deal with the idea that her only daughter was being bullied. So she just left it be...
As she got older, things got worse. But she just kept smiling through it all, which only made the others in her school hate her even more. She never really knew why they didn't like her... She was nice enough, she figured. The vain bit in her figured it was because she was prettier than the other girls, and that she was better than them. But deep down inside, she knew it was because she was just too nice. That gave other students room to feel that they could just walk all over her, which they gladly did. She didn't do anything to stop it either.
And the sad thing was that she would just keep smiling through the whole thing...
