Personality: Kaeru is a warm and friendly person. She seems like a mother and likes to chat. It seems very difficult to make her mad and when mad, she might say things that she will regret afterward. Actually come to think of it, when mad she can get quite mean and vulgar. Kaeru however seems to not be all the way honest and might be hiding something. She may be aware of the situation and spirits presence but seems to play dumb at all costs.
Background: All that is known of Kaeru is that she is a young woman who owns a house in a suburb, offering rooms for rent. The neighbors say that she is a mortician but Kaeru says that she is a school nurse. Kaeru witnesses death all the time as she always seems to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, from seeing train suicides to traffic accidents. She is often just 30 feet away from it. But she has become used to the sight and may scream when it happens but wont throw up afterwards or think about it for a long time. She might be the unlucky bird to follow if you want to find death.
