In the year 2030, the world experienced to its surprise that demons existed. Some people were demons all along but didn't know. Those who came out of hiding surprised the human population as they had the will to integrate themselves into society to promise a peaceful coexistence. There are still some demons who prey on humans or play human by day and predator by night but they are often dealt with quickly.

Anyways this story is about the Demon Bureau, an office that does detective work and other jobs for both humans and demons in an effort to help them for money. It is run by a young woman named Misa and her companions. Normally they have good business but recent rumors about the office workers have made business go downhill, making it hard for the office to survive. Also hate crimes towards demons had been on the rise recently as mobs gang up on defenseless demons resulting in three deaths and numerous injured in the past month. Hopefully business will get back up and going for the Demon Bureau and maybe it has the power to combat those who wish the death of the demons.

Setting: Amaste city, a city of roughly 3 million with skyscrapers downtown and stretching 40 km from one side to the other. About 8% of the population is demon.
