{Appearance}
Standing at the relatively unimposing height of five feet, six inches, Daniel is not a particularly intimidating person to look at, if generally considered somewhat handsome. Short brown hair worn somewhat messily, dark brown eyes, and an ever present smile under most circumstances gives him the look of a bit of a dork. Overall he possesses a slim physique, but one of someone who obviously does keep in shape somewhat. His skin is slightly tanned, not particularly dark, but denoting a fairly decent amount of time spent outdoors.

His body bears no unusual birthmarks, tattoos, or markings of any sort besides his rank marking.

~ Mentality ~

{Personality}
Daniel, according to most impressions of him, is a fairly simple person. Upon meeting him, and for a very long time afterwards, anyone might tell you he is nothing more than a highly polite, if quiet, honest young man with a talent for magic. And it's all true, he genuinely enjoys helping people, devotes nearly all of his time to study and practice, and has a voracious appetite for the arts. What this doesn't tell you is, that if angered or driven to desperation, he is a highly accomplished manipulator, capable of using his abilities of illusion and diplomacy to their highest extent. He will never go there as a first resort, preferring to talk out problems openly with honesty and integrity, but beware raising his ire...

Oddly for someone so naturally talented with peoples feelings and the manipulation thereof, he is relatively easily manipulated in turn, especially by someone he has a liking for, and will rarely see it until it is too late.

Although he prefers to stay a bit of a loner, he will go incredibly far when it comes to protecting the few friends he does have, his usual respect for the laws of society and common decency utterly overridden by his sense of personal loyalty.

{Signature Spell}
Grand Delusion - A display of mastery over illusion, this spell plunges a single target into a dreamlike fantasy encompassing all of their senses in part built by the caster and in part by the targets own subconscious. This can range in a wide variety of possible worlds depending on the target and casters merged wishes. Anything ranging from a nightmarish hellscape of war, to a peaceful utopia where they live a quiet life. However, in the real world they continue to act, or at least try to do so, spells cast, words said, punches thrown all actually happen, thus leading to the possibility of being manipulated into attacking your own allies, taking a nap in the middle of a fight, and so on.

This is not without it drawbacks however, as it takes absolute concentration from the caster to maintain, and if their concentration is disrupted, so too may the illusion be, either forming large flaws that lead to the target breaking out, or shattering entirely. Furthermore, if the caster is too heavy handed in their manipulation of the "Dream" the target could "wake up" and realize that it is an illusion, thus breaking it entirely on their own.

May disguise a person to appear to be someone else, either real or imagined. This tends to be relatively limited by the size they start out as, and despite being able to mimic the feel of touch, others can still stick their hand right through the ilusion if it fits poorly.

Fakes a ranking mark on someone else or on yourself. Highly illegal, and close enough inspection by someone who knows what they are doing would reveal its unreal nature.

Visual/auditory/taste/touch/smell based illusions of varying types. Fake walls, faking a sound, conjuring up a fake person. etc etc.
