         Now...where's the station again? Geez...only two years away and I'm lost already..., and Beka was lost, hopelessly so, although she had never really been all that good with directions, that had always been Sora's department while she had been here. God she had missed him for the past two years, they hadn't really stayed in contact, other than the occasional email or phone call. Beka smiled at the memories of her best friend, although they certainly didn't start out that way...Sora had hated her at the start, and the feeling had been mutual, to say the least...

"You take that back!", Beka's high-pitched, ten year old voice rang through the playground, aimed at the skinny redhead in front of her...Sora Isobe...If little kids had any idea of what having an arch-enemy was (outside of watching cartoons), then this boy would be hers. He had taken an instant dislike to her as soon as she had arrived, fresh from the US and barely able to speak a word of Japanese, although she had gotten better, with all the yelling she had been doing over the last few weeks, mainly at this irritatting redhead.
"Nu-uh! No way!", The other boy's equally pitched reply really pissed her off, and she ran forward, intending to hit Sora. Unfortunatly, he had the same idea, and a fight broke out, instantly drawing a crowd of kids to the scene. Hair was pulled, along with Chinese Burns, scratches and punches, Beka gaining a burst lip from the encounter, and Sora with a black eye, both participants earning a lot of bruises all round. The damage could have been a lot worse, had it not been for the teachers investigating the fight, who literally had to pull the kids off of one another...although Beka was sure that she had won regardless....

That memoriy made her happy, since when they had been in the office later, awaiting their punishment, he had actually complimented her on how hard she could hit, while she was pretty happy at the fact that he had actually hit her properly, even though she was a girl. That started an unusual friendship between the two, one which continued for the next four years, until she had to move away due to her parent's work...Of course, she was back now, but would he still want to be friends with her? Beka was pondering this as she wandered around, until she saw that spikey mop of red hair, as familiar to her as her own straight black tresses...

"SORA!!!", she yelled as she ran to him, catching him from behind and getting him in a playful headlock, taking full advantage of his surprise.
