The Lows. The clear opposite of the Highs, the Lows is, as the name suggests, the worst of Chalor. It is the home of the dirt and the grime, the criminals and Because dthe homeless. Why do people live in conditions such as these, no one is sure, and any of those who live there are unlikely to tell you. Due to pride, the majority of the guards leave the Lows alone, making it a gathering ground for criminals and chaos.
