A much more costly ability than Unfocused Air Manipulation.
Creates a field of movement within air. Mostly used to restrict an opponents movement by creating a sphere around them and pushing them to the centre. Can also be used to 'ground' the target, applying a strong downward movement from above.

Castien's keen senses and proficiency in magic allow him to expand his senses by using the air around him to detect movement in his surroundings. Through time and overuse, this has become a passive ability and is both a curse and a blessing.

He is now never seen without the enchanted pendant.

Once shy and lonely, now a matured people-loving adult. You can't really get on his bad side. Not without trying really hard anyway.
Passionate about helping people, maybe a little much so. Has a hard time saying no to people as he doesn't like disappointing.
Backstory
- History -
As a child, Castien was often bullied as he was shorter than most his age and seen as an easy target. On discovering his natural talent laid within air magic, he devoted a lot of time to practising his air manipulation. This helped keep him out of trouble, or to keep trouble away from him. Not having any family or friends to practise with, Castien took to music, which accompanied him through most of his youth. It was through music that Castien learnt to like people once more, as he found others who shared his taste and became good friends in a short time. This didn't mean his faith in people was restored however.
As an air magician strong at keeping distance, it became a challenge among the less respectable students to try catching him before he made it to the music department during breaks, where he spent most of his free time. It was through this however, that people started noticing how talented he was, and it didn't take long before underclassmen began seeking Castien in hopes of asking advice.
It was at this point that Castien realised just how much he was appreciated by others, and developed a passion for making himself useful and helping people. Interacting with people who wanted his help became a joy. Castien had almost pledged himself to a career in music technology, but after this change, he began studying to become a teacher. A position in which he could turn his passion into a job.
"If you get a job you enjoy, you will never do a day of work."
After graduating high school, Castien went on to get a teaching qualification at college, where he became eligible to work in education.
Through reflecting on his earlier years, Castien decided that he wanted to work at Divination Academy.
This is where he could work to do good for the people that need it the most.
This will be Castiens first year as a teacher
