History: Ciar grew up in the sticks with his family, meaning he needed to learn how to fend for himself. At the age of 16, he was taught how to hold and fire a gun. At 17, he was given a carbine, shotgun, and sniper rifle. At 18, he was the best at the firing range. At 19, he bought a flamethrower, rocket launcher, and chaingun. Now at 20, if you're in his sights, stick a fork in yourself, 'cause you're toast. If it moves, he has his sights on it quicker than your brain would even be able to process the thought of dodging his fire.
Equipment: Ciar carries big guns. He has a shotgun hooked to his left leg, a carbine hooked to his right leg, a retractable-barrel chaingun/minigun on the left side of his back, a retractable-barrel rocket launcher on the right side of his back, and a flamethrower across his lower back. He has a sniper rifle that he carries in his hands, and he swaps this out with another weapon when he needs it. Due to carrying so many weapons, he has developed a very strong physique.
Personality: Ciar is very eccentric about things, and often rushes headfirst into battle without second thought. He loves a good joke, and is protective of those close to him.
