Phil has golden blonde hair and amazing green almost gray eyes. And no she doesn't fly on a broom, that's too tacky. She can levitate but for only a certain amount of height. For a maximum of 10 feet off the ground.

Phil spent most of her life guarding her other supernaturals after supernaturals that are on their alliance. She get reborn and retain all the memory if she finds the perfect guy with the perfect mark to re-breed.
Phil decided to step out of her comfort zone and took form of a human to spread the word to conserve nature.
She also spent her time guarding other supernaturals with werewolves as they are one of their great alliances.
Currently she owns a traveling carnival that gives work to other supernaturals but at the same time getting protection under her power.
