Personality

Urban inspector for the B.I.A who deals under the counter to gangs far and wide. His guile and intelligence has kept him alive thus far, playing his cohorts for fools any chance he needs to further persue his common goals. His abilities have given him a advantage in combat over his enemies with his sly "Hit and Move." style of fighting. After being taken by surprise he finds himself awake in a room with others.

Equipment

Weapons: Standard Magnum revolver altered with a scope attachment,increased barrel size in width, and a red dot targeting assistant, Balistic Knives, and Comunication ear piece.

History

Born with a eye for the criminal mind, Carter always wanted to be a detective. After school he persued the career as a heavy weight detective, and sharpshooter. He recieved medals and even the key to cities on behalf of his work and the gratitude of the urbanized world, but all good things must come to a end for us all; Carter became the most prestegious detective known to man, and gained many enemies along the way who were willing to negotiate with him. Developing a taste for power in his rise through the ranks, Carter has a weak spot that was easily exploited. Soon he gave enough information to rivals vigilanties it was almost as if he ran the cities, and any who got in his way didn't last long. He found noremorse for who he had to kill, only a tiny strand of regret that they couldn't get out of the way.
