Looks: Connor has blue eyes and white hair. He wears a white hooded fur coat over his regular clothing. Connor wears blue boots and gloves as well as a facemask. He's a medium build and is 5'9.

Personality -
Connor is a generally quiet person that is somewhat unsure of how to handle situations, so he lets other people handle them. Though he has issues when it's not moral, in which case he can get impatient with others. His flaws are that he's hesitant, doubts himself, and needs direction. In other situations he can make friends, but has trouble opening up completely.

Equipment -
Connor tries to use water to pull down the enemy and knock them off the floor because otherwise he'll freeze shards of ice and send them flying, which is a bit unpredictable in accuracy. Connor focuses when he sees how practical certain methods are, like if he learns how to lift people in bubbles of water and it gets rid of a problem. He's confused when other people aren't sure what to do, because neither is he. Connor has it under control for the most part, except when he's angry he ends up using every last ounce of water to defeat an enemy.

History - Connor has been a commoner in the water region ever since he was born. He grew up in a family of two kids and had to adapt to being more independent as his parents worked all the time to provide Connor and his brother with food and shelter. His brother abandoned Connor to join a gang, while Connor grew up independent working through jobs catching fish for other people and other jobs. Connor eventually was confronted by the local police as rumors went around of him being some kind of water-demon. Nobody was able to stand up for him and he ended up almost getting hanged for it.
