Flavis. He hates his name, because most people don't take it seriously. Why would you listen to someone named Flavis Lap? He thinks that it sounds like a clown's name and instead of being called by his full name like most government officials would prefer, he has everyone simply call him Flavis and nothing else for he doesn't even like Mr. Lap.

Flavis is a tall man with an intmidating look about him. He has perfectly kept black hair that is streaked in gray. He is a clean man who grew up poor. His hieght is a towering 6'5" and he looms over you, adding to his influence over people. Flavis has long arms and legs and a thin body. He is not muscular like some men, but his athourity makes him powerful where muscle lacks. His eyes are like that of a fox's, always deciving, and nearly never telling the truth. They are a honey gold and nearly never show his emotion. He always wears a suit and is always kept cleen and crisp. He is never seen in public, besides on the day of the Elimination writing, and during the time of the Elimination he is occasionally interviewed and featured. The reason for this is that he has too much to work on in preperation for the next Elimination, making it interesting for the viewers while making sure to kill each of the criminals. Otherwise he would be killed. Being around this towering man can often stir feelings of hate and power for his dark looming essance is not one that is often welcome. Overall, he is thin, tall, and dark.
Personality:
Flavis is a clever man. He is the creator of each Elimination and presides over the events, preperation, and the criminals. It is on his shoulders to entertian the audience and make sure that the criminals and Mutations never make it to the edge of the forest. If they were to get away, he would lose his job, as well as his life. Flavis is quiet, calm, and observing. Always watching for the right moment to strike. If you were to compare him to an animal, you would have to choose a fox for he is extremely cunning and always one step ahead of his victims. He never speaks unless reqiured or asked a question. When he does speak though, nobody objects. Everybody listens and if he gives orders, nobody defies, for he has been known to quickly "dispose" of those who do and always pushes it off as an accident. He can hide his emotion easily and nearly never tells the truth. Flavis could make you believe your own blood was wine. His lies are expertly spinned, and he never loses track of them. Very few see through to who he really is and nobody pins him as a liar because nobody has ever cought him. He is hard to impress and even harder to break. Around him, the best thing to be is careful.
Family:
Grettel Lap Grettel was Flavis's mother. She was beautiful woman with long dark hair. When she sang, even the birds stopped to listen and she would often sing Flavis and his little brother Josh to sleep. This is his fondest memory of the woman who raised him. Grettel was kind to everyone and never layed a hand on her children even when they misbehaved. Her friends and family loved her and nobody ever had anything to say about the soft-spoken woman but words of kindness. Sadly though, when Flavis turned 12 and Josh turned 7, Grettel was killed by her own husband.
Glenn Lap Glenn was Flavis's father and the reason for his hatred of mutations. Glenn worked hard and did his best to keep his family alive, never asking for more then what was needed to survive. Slowly though, the man began to discover changes in himself, and he knew he was mutating. In fear, he told Grettel and the two of them got into a terrible fight. She insisted that he ignore it for they would love him just the same, and he insisted that she leave him and take the children, because with him, their lives were in danger and they could possibly end up on the Elimination list. From his little basement room, Flavis could hear their raised voices and crept up the stairs to the door of his parents room. He ducked on one knee and watched as Grettel shoved Glenn hard and, in return, he slapped her. But something went wrong when he did for Glenn's muttation had given him an insane amount of strength, and when he hit her, her neck twisted to the side with a sickening crack and Grettel dropped to the floor dead. Glenn then looked up to see Flavis in the doorway and grabbed the boys hands, pulling him down to the basement with his mothers body slung over his shoulder. He was muttering something about what was best for him and when they reached the basement, Glenn dropped the corpse and killed Josh the same way he had killed their mother in his sleep. Then he turned to Flavis and kneeled before him and the boy saw tears in his fathers eyes. "I will not let them take you to Elimination." He said, and closed his eyes, raising his hand for the smack, but by the time he lowered his arm, Flavis was gone.

Life:
As you can see, Flavis was never rich and orphaned at an early age. After he ran from his father, he took refuge in the home of a friend and lived poorly on the streets for three years. At the age of fifteen, he got a job with the government as a soldier who protected the city from the bloodthirsty mutations that inhabiated their forests. He thought this would be enough to take out his anger, but he was wrong. Everytime he killed an animal Mutation, he found himself imaginaing that it was a human mutation and as the time went on, this only got worse. He was given his job to protect the city against mutattions, but what about the ones that lived within it? At the age of 20, Flavis moved up, becoming one of the Elimination creators, though he was only in charge of setting the traps in the woods, his clever mind soon got him recognized and by time he was 25, Flavis had become the Head of Elimination's assistant. At age 27, the Head of Elimination died mysteriously, and he once again moved up, taking his place as Head of Elimination.

Flavis has no reason to fight much, for nobody defies him, but if needed, Flavis is deadly with a knife.
