They are a very risky and sacrificial race, granting them a percentage of reduced mana cost and damage (depending on the class whether it is Magical or Physical) for every 2% of missing HP. For example: Lunaris is missing 54% Health, so he gains 27% reduced mana cost and 27% extra Magical Damage on each spell he casts.
