Personality: Tanner is a very understanding person, she loves kids and actually has two twin girls herself. She understands teenagers, but dosent try to push them into anything. She is kindhearted and loves to help people, even if she sometimes can be strict she only has whats best in her mind. She can get angry though, but very rarely shows it. Tanner is a calm and collective girl as well, and understands what it is that needs to be spoken about, and not spoken about.
Important Information: When she was younger she worked at a highschool as a counsiler, then when she got older she started up her own counsiling buisness. About three years ago the buisness failed and all of her clients went away. So she has five years of experiance under her belt.
Why do you want this position? She has been out of work for three years now, she is in need of the work, and also in need of a stable job that she is good at and loves.
