Physical description: Around 7ft tall he towers above most other fey, with a very wiry build. Sliver blue hair that is a mess and slightly crazed looking yellow eyes.
Attire-Jack wears a black overcoat and long tight black pants. And sunglasses, you can't forget his sunglasses. He considers them his most precious possession though no one knows why.

Like Puck he is in the know, in fact he is generally more knowledgeable about what is going on then any other fey.
He is very talented and very powerful, or so the rumor goes. The number of people to have witnessed his power and lived to tell can be counted on one hand, with extra fingers left over.
He can wield unseelie magic (one of the two that is not available to players) and mostly uses it through Thaumaturgy. He is partial to Ice and wind.
He answers to no one, not even the winter mother, choosing to do as he wishes when he wishes. Especially not his Queen, who he sees as week and inferior. But the mother can command his magic, forcing him to obey.
As with all fey, he can open the ways, cast glamors, and never lies. As the general of winter, he can command her armies and none, not even the mother, can over rule his orders.


Like Puck He is WAY above your pay grade, possibly even more so then Puck since his sense of humor is.... wanting. So trying to fight him is probably not the best plan. He is here to disrupt the story and to counter Puck. So just do as Dresden does and RUN. He is the living embodiment of everything that is scary about winter. He is not evil, just slightly deranged and mad. And cold, he is very cold.
